Enrolling was incredibly bureaucratic, and when I started the course, attended classes, completed assignments, and the professors evaluated me, they simply suspended my access. I called to find out what had happened and was treated rudely and disrespectfully. A complete waste of time and money!!

I was really excited to take the psychology course at Uniceub, but on the very first day, a class didn't have a lesson and no explanation was given. Furthermore, the institution completely changed its teaching methods without consulting the students and professors, and one of them was fired for disagreeing with the new teaching methods.
Terrible college, I'm not just talking about the Mauá campus, but the whole thing, especially the distance learning program. All the questions we have and ask the tutors or the student services office and WhatsApp always give vague answers that don't resolve our doubts. Thank God I'm finishing my course this month. The law class has been in distance learning mode for 4 years since the 2nd semester, and the administration is not fulfilling its function, which is to mediate and listen to the students' concerns.
