The parking fee is outrageous, not to mention the lack of information. We paid at the entrance through the app as advertised, and at the exit they charged an absurd difference!!!! They even told us to go back and pay at the booths, with two small children, because the app doesn't accept it.
The teaching methods are exceptional, and the assessments are completely consistent. The online system is very easy to use and without bureaucracy, and the service is always quick and focused on resolving issues. I'm already in my fourth postgraduate course and I recommend it to everyone.
The university does not provide good service in its online courses. Customer service offers standard responses, with no support from professors, especially regarding thesis guidance. Think carefully before enrolling, as students are left without assistance; the only concern is the money.
