Terrible service, they don't answer the phone, they have no respect for the applicants, you send a message and they don't even reply, and when they do, it's with poor and cold phrases. Furthermore, they don't release attendance lists and have absolutely no organization regarding the entrance exams. TERRIBLE ADMINISTRATION.

Terrible service, I call and no one answers, the customer service department gives empty responses, they pass the problem back and forth and don't resolve anything. I already received confirmation that my discount was applied incorrectly and they still haven't solved my problem.

Great place, great service. Barreiras needs this for the population that can't afford it. I just thought there should be an agreement with laboratories and clinics to carry out the tests; we couldn't schedule some through the public health system (SUS). 9 out of 10. Thanks.

My God! No one answers the phone at this place. I've been calling for days to ask for information and they don't answer.
They see the messages on Instagram and don't reply. Just imagine what the service must be like if we base it on this level of customer service.

Terrible service, they don't solve students' problems, much less respond to their messages. We send messages and both administrators and some professors see them but don't reply. A place that teaches undergraduate courses and there's no ethics or education?

It's a very comprehensive and inclusive university center. The facilities are well-planned and air-conditioned. The laboratories are state-of-the-art. The professors are all qualified and competent. It has some flaws, but overall, it's high quality.
