This university only complicates the validation of foreign degrees. A foreigner living in another country who wants to validate their degree to study in Brazil cannot do so here because an internal rule requires a document that someone who is neither in Brazil nor Brazilian cannot obtain.

Intolerant receptionists. People come from far away only to encounter bureaucrats at the reception desk. Anything is a reason to deny access to the hospital. As if we were bringing someone else to have tests done who wasn't the person who registered.

My highest praise goes to the humane treatment. It's spectacular; the students and instructors treat the children very well. On the other hand, Ioufes is in urgent need of external maintenance. It's ugly and neglected.

There is no signage indicating that it is a UFES campus, the parking lot is terrible, the roads are unpaved, and some buildings have compromised infrastructure.
