It's simply the worst institution in the country; you're treated like trash, they don't answer, they don't respond, and they don't resolve anything in person. I've never been so humiliated as in this institution.
This university condones animal abuse!!! A complete disrespect for life, ethics, and animal dignity. Supporting or studying at an institution like this is to condone unacceptable practices. I studied at UnP on Engenheiro Roberto Freire street. The teaching is excellent, but the students seemed like participants in Big Brother Brazil, forming cliques and showing affinities, and some of the professors were arrogant. They studied so hard to get into the profession that it seemed like they had lost their humanity.
Unfortunately, I didn't have a good experience. I did everything I could to become a UNP student, but the service is terrible... It's very difficult to get through to someone... Either you talk to the automated system or you have to wait at least two hours for in-person/online assistance.
They charge the full course fee for re-enrollment, don't enroll. They offer thousands of discounts to get you started, scholarships and everything else, but when it's time for you to take the next semester, they charge you the full price. It's a huge scam, it only delays students' lives.
Terrible! I enrolled, requested credit for previous courses, paid a fee and a monthly tuition payment, my courses were never added, and even though my enrollment was canceled, they are charging me for two months going forward! In short, I don't recommend it, it's nothing but a headache.
