How it works
2. Offer or request help
Verified students can list what they can help with — airport pickup, hostel help, local guidance — or browse and request help from someone already at their college.
3. Confirm together
Once help is actually given, both people confirm completion and share their live location at that moment — the mutual, location-backed confirmation that closes the loop.
What this is not
- We don't handle payment. If a service involves money (a taxi fare, a deposit), arrange and pay directly between yourselves — TrustMBBS isn't a party to that transaction right now. (We're planning to add payment handling later.)
- Verification isn't a guarantee. It confirms someone submitted real documents and a real location for human review — it isn't a criminal background check. Use normal caution meeting anyone, the same as you would with any peer platform.
- Alumni are labeled, not hidden. Once a verified student's stated semester reaches the end of a 6-year program, their profile is automatically marked "Alumni" — still visible, so you know if they're likely no longer physically at the college.
