I was only on campus for a few minutes to take care of personal matters, so I don't feel qualified to give an informed opinion. I smelled smoke (drugs) but couldn't identify the source of the bad smell. I also noticed a rather long line at the cafeteria, but I can't evaluate the service as I didn't use it.
