This is definitely a school to avoid. They make students attend summer school in their final year just to get money from them. It's absolutely terrible. Students with 3-4 failed courses don't have to attend summer school, but those with 2 failed courses, even with high GPA, are forced to attend. There's no logical explanation for it.
Never come to this school, it is a disgrace, my 2 years were wasted, the grades were inflated for 3 semesters, the semester we were going to graduate was reduced and they dropped us from the exams just to get money. The only thing they do during the semester you study is to get money, there is no proper education system.
It's a complete money trap. The professor failed the course due to his own incompetence, then apologized, but we're the ones who have to retake the course and pay for it. We're constantly being victimized, subjected to exorbitant price increases, and expected to pay. And the student affairs office is extremely unhelpful.
This is the worst university anyone could apply to. I'm a new student and haven't been able to complete my application process for ten days. No one is helping me; everyone is referring me to someone else. I don't know what to do, and my semester is going to be a waste. I wouldn't recommend this university to anyone.
Unfortunately, the educational institution is not helpful at all. Due to August 30th, deposit accounts cannot be opened from banks. Even though I said I was out of town, it did not help. I asked for help many times, but in vain :) The result was that I could not register and my university dream was in vain :)
My daughter is studying at Atlas University. Please give the right to installment payment system for the early registration period in January. We would be happy if parents are provided with easy payment options. Almost every foundation university offers this opportunity. Please, we expect you to do the same.
Construction is ongoing. It might look nice when it's finished, but right now there's no proper guidance or anything like that. The workers were being directed from one place to another on the construction site until they found the human resources office. Nobody knew anything, it was terrible.
Last year, the graduate program extension fee was 9,000 TL, but this time, it's been raised to 135,000 TL. This isn't a humane increase. Compared to other universities, the total graduate program fee is around the same price, yet the extension fee here is announced at this price...
It's a university with a well-prepared infrastructure. It offers excellent preclinical education support. It has a large campus for a newly established university. Moreover, it has ample room for growth and development. It will make a significant difference in just a few years.
Atlas University is a university established in Istanbul in 2018 by the Turkish Balkan Education, Culture and Health Foundation. The university, which will begin its first academic year in 2020-2021, has a Faculty of Medicine Hospital located in Ba?c?lar, Istanbul.
During the introductory days, the energy, interest, friendliness, and educational perspective (Bülent teacher's fatherly demeanor is legendary ??) of Bülent Katipo?lu and Elif Özçelik made us choose Atlas for my daughter and for us, even …
I have never seen a school that was so disrespectful and squandered so much money in my life. I have never seen or heard of a school that deliberately left 300-350 of its 400 preparatory students and organized summer school just to get more …
I'm so glad I came to Atlas! My English improved a lot during the preparatory year, and the teachers are very supportive. The campus is clean, transportation is easy, and everything is within easy reach. The camaraderie is also great. There …
I don't think there's another university as indifferent, undisciplined, and disorganized as this one. Enrolling is a hassle, and admitting a child is another. And let's not forget the rectors who just do whatever they want. Whether you wait …
I wish I knew more about this school, I would have seen these comments before, so I would never have let my daughter choose it, but at least I can help those who come after me. Stay away! Their only concern isn't education, it's money. They …
"Additional comment: What I have written is solely to draw attention to educational inequality and the high increases we pay for education. We have great respect for the efforts and hard work of the teachers and administration. What I have …
Imagine a school where you're studying in the healthcare professions. They have you do an internship at their own hospital. And then what? They immediately isolate you and subject you to mobbing. A doctor comes and says, "You'll never be a …
This school literally stole my dreams. I was treated very badly even in student affairs. They're only concerned with how to get more money from students. I got into this school through the DGS exam, and because I took my classes in Turkish …
Two-quarters of the school is foreign. They're trying to switch to the new system, and it still hasn't been implemented. You can't even take proper online classes or take exams. It's turned me off from university life. I wish I hadn't come …
I study at this university too. The school is nice, but the pricing is a disgrace. It's a university that tries to charge for everything. The shuttle service was free, but the cafeteria fees were affordable (40 TL). They increased it to 90 …
Joining Atlas University was one of the biggest regrets of my life. I came full of hope and trust, believing I was stepping into a place that would support me as a student. Instead, I was met with silence, neglect, and disappointment. They …
I have been planning to come to Turkiye, Istanbul to start my dental treatment. I had consultations in the United States and also in Ecuador before my visit to Atlas University Dental Hospital. I have to say that from the moment I stepped …
absolutely the worst experience of my life , university was supposed to be a good experience for us but this money hungry university with the worst professors possible are making everything harder on students. the management does anything …
Atlas University's Valley Campus encompasses approximately 110,000 m² of indoor and outdoor space, including the Dentistry Practice and Research Center. Our practice and research center, built on 75,000 m², boasts a 400-bed capacity, 18 …
I'm a student at the school, and I love it very much. I'm quite happy with it. The school itself is very nice, but I'm fed up with the changing bus schedules and the disrespectful behavior of the drivers. It's probably unfair to blame the …
I'm a preparatory class student. I was initially in a different class, and I couldn't progress because the teacher was constantly recounting their memories. We were constantly feeling sleepy during class, and the teacher kept asking us to …
This is a terrible school. Never choose it. I regret it so much that I can't even begin to describe it. The education system, the staff, and the teachers are a disgrace. You can't learn anything. Every detail, from the hours to the hours, …
I studied here for a whole year and I have a sea of ??bad impressions, the staff from the international students department do not understand English, Russian or Arabic. After 2 years of studying at the University of Westminster, and the …
Since the course selection period began, we haven't been able to choose courses for weeks due to the ECTS problem. We can't take the courses we're supposed to take due to unregulated and illegal circumstances. They constantly sideline us …
The parking lot could be improved. The only thing I don't like about this school is the parking. The elevators to the parking lot are few and require long waits. Other than that, it's a good school. I've been going for two months, and I …
If you examine the reviews, most of the recent ones seem to have been written by the same person. If you come to this university, you need to ignore your opinions because they are not open to criticism or objective views in any way. The …
According to the announced YKS (Higher Education Institutions Exam) results, my daughter's score is normally consistent with this school. Judging by the reviews, there's a serious problem. The campus seemed nice, but the sheer number of …
We don't know since the university hasn't opened yet. Even if it does, we need to talk to students about the registration fee and the instructors' worth of it. If it's going to be a hospital department, should there be an agreement with …
Istanbul Atlas University stands out as a rising star among Türkiye’s modern universities. With a strong commitment to academic excellence, innovation, and student-centered learning, it provides an ideal environment for personal and …
I'm a first-year psychology student, and I don't mean to praise the school. I can honestly say the impression I left behind was very high-quality instruction. I learned a lot from my professors in three months, and they strive to make …
We were very impressed during the presentation days. The faculty, students, the school's facilities, and its architecture are top-notch. I have no doubt that within two or three years, it will be among Istanbul's most popular private …
I visited the campus for the preference presentation days. The Atlas Valley Campus is quite impressive. The welcome was very good. The department professors provide detailed information, and it's clear they value their students. This …
I believe that this university DOES have a bright future. The only thing that must be taken into consideration is to have special Dormitory for students ,especially GIRLS in order for parents to feel that their daughters are secured.
As an international student, I don't recommend this university. Unfortunately, like many universities, it's all about business and money. They don't care about students, only about how to use them in advertising. There are some …
I have never experienced such bad treatment from the staff, especially in Student Affairs, at any other university, and it's a private university at that. Instead of making things easier, they stubbornly make them harder. …
A campus built on money and polycomel relationship, pay the money and get polycomel. I also took classes with so-called academics who made students read slides and think about the rest, do not choose it, you will regret it.
As if tuition fees weren't high enough, they've now made the school's parking lot?? (paid). Come on, even a parking lot at a university with such a small grounds is expensive; there are much better universities out there.
The university does not have qualified professors, they do not know the English language, they do not have a systematic teaching system, they have random lectures and irregular exams. For God’s sake, do not go near it.
Don't choose this school. They won't give my daughter the ECTS exam she's entitled to in her graduation year. They're just trying to get money for summer school. They're victimizing 12 students from the same department.
My daughter is a university student at this school. Today, there was a white coat ceremony at the Department of Speech and Language Therapy, Faculty of Health Sciences, Atlas University, and we attended as a family. …
Due to a gap in the school system, students are unable to take certain courses due to insufficient ECTS. Despite students raising this issue, the school ignores it and doesn't correct it. Students are being victimized!
Would you look at the beauty of this cafeteria? It's on the 9th floor, a floor that gets all the sun. It's a magnificent university, in one word. Every detail makes you feel even more captivated. A must-see! ??? …
Mashallah, I hope the university will become one of the first in the future. I would just like to make some inquiries about a specific specialty at the university. Where can I contact you? Thank you ??????? …
I'm in the software engineering department; the school is money-hungry and exploits students in every way possible, but it also has some quality teachers. Medical school might be better than engineering.
Hello. I wanted to know is the construction of this University complete?
Is it completely ready for the new academic year 2022-2023 for international students as well as non-international students? …
This university is terrible, both financially and morally. They force us to pay for summer school and then don't help us even though there are solutions. I absolutely do not recommend this university.
The worst university I've ever known. It doesn't motivate students towards science and knowledge; on the contrary, it discourages them from learning. Their only goal is to acquire money.
It's an educational institution with excellent academics. I'll edit my review when I graduate ?
Edit: As someone who attended the 2021-2023 term, the faculty is excellent, the …
It has a wonderful atmosphere. Everything is done with the highest quality. I am a 55-year-old interior designer and when I come here, I wish I could be a student again.
Just as the butterfly effect slogan won my attention and sympathy, it was also a great privilege for me to serve our Atlas University with its visual design.
I believe that it provides education at the best level with its superior quality education and academic staff, along with high-level laboratory technology.
I started seeing the university's dietitian this year. She played a big role in helping me eat healthily. I lost weight, but it was a difficult process.
We spend most of our time in the library at university. We often spend the night in group rooms with friends, especially during midterm and final weeks.
The worst decision I’ve ever made was joining this university.
They don’t care about international students at all. They know we don’t speak …
Even a graduation ceremony couldn't have been this unsuccessful, insignificant, and unplanned. You roasted your students and the people in the heat...
You'll never see such a pathetic university. There's no interest, it's just a business where you register and move on. What a wonderful Istanbul!
"Everything is new, technologically advanced, and systematic."
The laboratories in my department are excellent, the equipment is new, and we …
They don't have any good adviser and the library is not complete yet
But i think they have good future but they have to think about students life
Please be sensitive and lend a helping hand to the earthquake victims in Hatay, Mara?. I would like to thank them financially and spiritually.
Atlas University is one of the best places in Türkiye in terms of purity and provides services both as a university and a private hospital.
I think it's a university that cares about its students. We communicate easily with our professors, but they are quite strict about grades.
The worst times of my life were spent here; it was like torture for me. I could never like the school. How? How could I feel so suffocated?
I went to Kosgeb. It is a branch of Kosgeb in Uniye. When you go up to the mezzanine, turn left and then left and you come to the room.
The beauty of the classical university building is that it is built in front of a large park, so the garden part can be used as a park.
It's still under construction; there's still infrastructure work to be done. I don't have any information about the academic staff.
Be Careful – Not a Safe Choice for Students
I studied at this university and paid my first-year fee, but just four months …
Only foreigners are treated well at school. Rates are increasing by 90% every year. If you have a brain, don't come here.
A school where you go as a customer rather than a student. They even charge for parking, what more could you ask for?
A newly opened, high-quality foundation university. Its only shortcoming is the lack of a dormitory for students.
I called the International Office departments 20 times in total over two days. But they never answered even once.
Very disappointing experience poor communication and unhelpful administration I do not recommend this university
Istanbul Atlas University is one of the best universities in Turkey in from academic and social point of views.
Well organized, high quality, Promising University. All people I met are friendly, cooperative, and welcoming.
The building used as a campus is quite large and functional. I hope it will be highly successful academically.
So, it's best not to enroll in this school. Thanks to those who commented, you saved me a lot of trouble.
They raise salaries by more than 100% every year, it's unsystematic and no one does their job properly.
Atlas intofis is really helpful when ever i have an issue i go to them and its solved very great ?? …
I see it as a university that cares about its students and maintains constant communication with them.
I'm studying digital game design and I'm extremely happy with my professors and classmates.
