In such a large hospital, it wouldn't be fair to comment on just one department. While we were generally satisfied with the hospital, there were, of course, some shortcomings. My only suggestion would be regarding the staff: they are all very different. I believe that all the staff should be trained and work together as a team.
I came for an eye exam on April 10th and I would like to express how pleased I was with the attention of the staff. I would like to thank our dedicated healthcare professionals. I would also like to extend my special thanks to the patient rights staff for explaining every single issue we didn't understand or found problematic.
This is the condition of the suite they charged 6700 lira for; you can imagine the rest. And this is supposedly a private hospital. Furthermore, I've never seen another hospital with such indifferent and uncaring staff, from the doctors to the nurses. If you want to be humiliated for your money, this is the place for you.
First of all, we are very pleased with our doctor Ahmet Elbay in the ophthalmology department. He provided support in every aspect without any problems. He is a competent person. It's not a hospital, it's a complete rip-off business. When patients' check-up appointments arrive, they usually say the doctor is on leave or at a conference, thus canceling the patient's appointment and demanding payment again. I have filed a complaint with the relevant authorities and I am following up on it.
