When I call the hospital, even the operator takes a long time to pick up, leaving me waiting for hours. How can I get an appointment? I haven't been able to get one for six months.
We went to the hospital at 7am and were forced to donate blood and leave at 11:30am. Everyone is an international doctor, they examine a patient for 25 minutes, their tea and coffee sessions are endless, there are 4 x-ray departments, only 2 of them are working, etc. etc. The management is bad, and the doctors are bad too.
Which hospital, who are you going to complain to? A patient who arrived by ambulance waited on a stretcher for an hour. There are 4 x-ray rooms. Only one of them is working. Even though I was an urgent patient, the queue took 1.5 hours, and then I went and complained about it. It turned out the others were just chilling out in the back. They said the results would come in half an hour, but I'm still waiting for 5 hours.
Our relative has been in an accident, we're on the road, nobody's with them, we're calling the hospital, and they've put a worthless excuse for a human being on the operator team who's only good at being rude to citizens; they can't even manage to give proper information... If I could give a 0, I would... The hospital is very dirty, the phones are never answered, you can't get an examination even if you pay because all the doctors are at a congress. If you can make an appointment, you wait for 3 hours because five people were given appointments at the same time.
Don't go there. The most ridiculous system I've ever seen. They took the 1st appointment to 3rd. Who came first? What do I understand? They are humiliating people for making appointments. I'm not happy with both the system and the doctor. In one word, it's beyond disgusting.
I stayed in the derma department for about 15 days. The sweetest and most cheerful nurses I have ever met in my life were so attentive that I cannot describe them. The dermatology service nurses are 10/10. I would like to thank each and every one of them for their service.
