My daughter was accepted to Yeditepe University, and today we went through the registration and placement process. I'm filled with sadness, hoping that all young people will meet good people. Today marks the beginning of our new school's first summer vacation. I wish all our students an enjoyable summer break after a busy semester.
It had been many years since I'd been on campus. Frankly, I was surprised and amazed by its beauty. The university is situated on a vast area, and the small trees that once stood there are now a forest. It's a spacious, clean, and beautiful campus with trees. The current plaza looks magnificent next to the university buildings.
The highly respected and disciplined Yeditepe University education system is of great importance, as are the goals of raising self-confident, conscious, knowledgeable students who create a contemporary quality of life environment and who contribute to life with faith in Atatürk's principles and republican society.
1 out of 5, because I paid for a program that was supposed to be 100% in English but only 1 out of 5 professors could actually speak English. Lol. Worst days of my life were spent in that university, they didn't care about their students physical and mental wellbeing and the few professors that did had no power.
It's incomprehensible why an overpass isn't built at the university entrance. Traffic is constantly flowing, and there's a roundabout just ahead. Adding a traffic light might have been a good solution 10 years ago, but not now. Building an overpass would make things much easier for both students and vehicles.
Yeditepe University stands out as a high-quality educational center. Located in Kayisda??, a natural setting isolated from Istanbul, the campus is expected to soon become a neighbor of Marmara University. It stands out among universities in terms of the quality of education, particularly in its departments.
We were there for my mother's PET scan. We would like to thank the entire team working in the Nuclear Medicine department, especially Ms. Sevcan. Everyone was very attentive and friendly; we were very pleased. May God grant everyone the opportunity to meet such wonderful people who love their work. ? …
It is one of the rare universities that has been able to abandon its students by not giving them the right to stay in the dormitory the previous year, perhaps due to greed for money. Don't be fooled by its grandiose rhetoric; it is recommended that you take the risk of being kicked out every year.
The expansive, lush green campus is a welcome relief from a busy schedule. It's beautiful in the snow, especially in the fall. In short, you'll find postcard-perfect scenery in every season, students from around the world, international conferences, and presentations by famous figures.
My visit to the international student office wasn’t a great. I wasn’t respected and the treatment I had received was below standard. Although the university was good, my first impressions were very negative. The woman at the office put up a bad image for the university.
The university has a magnificent campus, many areas for students to socialize, its own dormitory, and qualified faculty. It also offers shuttle service to the city center, several spacious cafeterias and restaurants, and a store that provides stationery and offset services.
It would be great if the hills weren't so annoying that they prevent me from going up to the top door of the dorm. It's not bad for scholarship students, but I don't think it's worth the money for those paying tuition. The dorm internet gives 1 ping in League of Legends...
It was a very beautiful university; the gyms were large, and its location next to a wooded area was a great advantage. The recreation areas inside and the pine forest in the center were also beautiful. The entrance to the rectorate building also had Turkish architecture.
Thanks to the dedicated work of the hospital, we were very pleased with the hospital. Especially after our surgery, we were admitted to 701. The nurses and staff were very attentive and patient. We thank them for such a gain. We are pleased to offer it to our patients.
To comment on the 2012-2019 period, the school experienced a period of declining educational quality and financial cuts. While the campus was magnificent, it was slowly losing the vision that attracted students. I hope the necessary corrections are being made today.
This university offers a very high-quality and demanding Mechanical Engineering program. The language of instruction is English, and all the professors are highly qualified individuals who have received their education at leading universities around the world.
An impressive university with a spacious campus and modern educational facilities. The faculty is knowledgeable and supportive, and the campus environment is both socially and academically enriching. It's an ideal place to study and experience campus life.
I had so many amazing experiences at Yeditepe. I'm so glad that I chose this uni for my bachelor's degree. Apart from education, Yeditepe offers so many social activities, clubs, feasts etc. Now I'm missing every single moment that I've spent there.
We'd be much happier if they gave us the opportunity to study. Everyone, from the financial department to the student affairs department, is working tirelessly to make us dislike the school. The physical structure of the school is beautiful …
I, too, believe this is a university that assigns thesis advisors from outside the university, neglects its students, and makes them suffer. The advisor they gave me wasn't helpful at all. When I told them I would report their victimization …
How can a meal cost 300 TL at a supposedly student-friendly university? The scholarship amount is 150 TL, and the remaining 150 TL is paid by the student. What's the point of this student-friendliness? The food served is downstairs. I mean, …
It is the best private school in Turkey and has the best campus. Although it is far from the city center, there are students who come from 50-100 km away every morning. The shuttles inside the school are a lifesaver in getting to class. The …
It's not a university, it's a business. They schedule classes until 9 PM but turn off the heating at 5 PM, they close two of the building's three exit doors, they clean the toilets in the mornings only to find them unusable in the evenings, …
A very big and lovely campus on Asian side of Istanbul. There are great views inside the campus. I have not studied here but considering how beautiful it is, I feel great about it. Recently they celebrated the 25th anniversary of the university
The campus environment is worth seeing. There are some steep roads, but it won't be a problem for young people :). The greenery is a wonderful example of Turkish architecture. The university staff is hospitable and respectful. The food and …
There are more dogs than students at the university; they've practically taken over every corner. You enter the cafeteria and see a dog, you enter a classroom and see a dog, you go to the office and see a dog. People can't even sit down in …
The campus layout is beautiful. The landscaping is good. The clean air and greenery will refresh both your lungs and your eyes. Getting there is a bit difficult; I found the E5 highway traffic challenging. If possible, access should be via …
Highly disappointed with service they have provided, there campus is big and have all services but there International office is pathetic, people working there are so careless that they even hesitate to talk and discuss. Its very difficult …
It's a complete business. They treat students as products. The prices are high. They have a loan shark mentality when it comes to installment payments. They charge an incredible interest rate. They don't offer any assistance with payment. …
This university is very bad for international students. They offer very little services and opportunities to anyone, much less foreigners. The education system is sub-par. The students are rude. They charge extortionate tuition fees as if …
Stray dogs at the downstairs entrance and super indifferent staff. Be very careful if you're going as a guest. Especially if your car is parked at the downstairs entrance after evening classes, don't walk there. I love animals and I'm not …
The school, in general, has a very large area. There were many cats and dogs around. From what I could see, they were also taking great care of the animals' feeding and care. Likewise, the trees, flowers, and grass were well-maintained. I …
We went to see the school for a tour. It's very spacious, has a campus-like atmosphere, and is located in a forested area. I've come to the conclusion that its bioengineering labs are better than BAU's. The faculty buildings are separated …
As someone who enrolled in the school for the Spring 2023 semester, I've never been able to contact the school by phone. Despite having a large staff, especially in the financial department, I can't reach them by phone or email. I haven't …
PLEASE TAKE THIS MESSAGE SERIOUSLY!!! I'm addressing those who have come to the Vocational School. The director of the vocational school makes promises about Germany but absolutely does not stand by his word. Do not believe anything they …
The quality of education at the school is very good, don't hesitate about that, but especially the boys' dormitory is no longer sufficient in terms of capacity. Although the girls' dormitories have been renovated, the boys' dormitory has …
For international student. I tried to register my daughter in nanotechnology. Initial reply we don't offer the course. Then soon reply we do.. pay 1000$ . Then they ask you to travel all the way to submit copies of documents they have it …
It's a magnificent campus. If I were young again, this would probably be my first choice. It's a delightful university with its social facilities, pool, sports fields, dogs, birds, trees, fresh air, and, most importantly, qualified faculty.
When my mother called the Faculty of Arts and Sciences to get information about the registration process I'm starting this year, the woman who answered the phone said, "We do business here, you're obstructing our work." Forget that, the …
First of all, the campus location and views are truly impressive. In a complex city like Istanbul, creating such an organized, green, and spacious area is a huge plus. Campus transportation, building layouts, and social areas are quite …
The location is perfect. After entering Yeditepe University, you can take the yellow buses inside to reach your desired building. Buses stop at every stop. It's a great convenience. Those attending the private university won't be escorted.
Yeditepe and ?stek Foundation is one of the few universities and foundations in Türkiye that offers quality education. I am proud of my university, and we welcome students who want to study engineering or natural sciences to our faculty.
It is a university where education is provided by qualified teachers, where Atatürk's principles and reforms are upheld as much as possible, and where foreign students can easily receive their education. It also has very high-quality …
Worst university ever, if you are an international student, do not apply to it, you will regret it, it is a waste of money. everything is bad and it is so expensive for no reason. Save your time and money and apply to a better uni in …
The university is very nice, and the transportation is good; the presence of a bus service makes things easier for students. The small booth in front of the rector's office is inadequate; a larger canteen could have been opened. The …
You can never understand the real quaility of the university if you just stay 2 weeks. The place is perfect, the campus awesome, teachers almost all are prof. I can admit that it is expensive little bit; however, all othe things are …
First of all, it's a very animal-friendly campus. It's the university with the largest campus in Istanbul. My son is in his 5th year and we're graduating. It's excellent in every aspect; it's a bit more expensive than other private …
I studied here during the Spring semester of 2015. I'm glad the transfer credits weren't taken too seriously because the curriculum here was kind of a joke... a learned a little and I felt like I was mostly on vacation. Most of my …
The worst university ever , it is the definition of racist and cheap. I study medicine here and the amount of racism i face from the students , the professors and even the management is unreal , the students are encouraged to bully …
The school stands out among other private universities. Being located on campus is an advantage. It also offers activities to help students study abroad. Many of its students aim to pursue careers abroad. If it further develops its …
In 2024, my son won first place in the Graphic Design entrance exams at Ayd?n University and third place at Mimar Sinan University. However, strangely enough, despite telling his father he could come in first place in the Yeditepe …
The dentist, especially in the pediatrics clinic, where we waited at least 25 minutes with two children, used to be a more friendly and professional place. Also, the valet staff were quite rude and didn't behave professionally.
My daughter graduated from the medical school this year.
The quality of education is definitely high in the medical school, the academic staff is settled and there are lecturers who have been working at the same …
The education level is below part not even mentioning the fact that you pay to study in English but the professors teach in Turkish.
The racism against international students, unmotivated employees and so much more.
I was there for a couple of weeks, to "experience" a university in Istanbul - don't get me wrong, the students there are amazingly nice and helpful, and with them we (I was there with friends) had loads of fun. …
Hello, please open a quota for the English nursing department in your additional preferences. We'd love to enroll you in your school and would appreciate it if you would consider it. Have a good day and good luck.
Actually, I only completed my master's degree here. I attended classes in the evenings. So, I didn't spend as much time there as other undergraduates. So, I can't comment much, but I can say the following. …
It's located on a beautiful campus in Kay??da??. You'll find friendly, helpful people. The university offers a wide variety of departments. There are student hotels on the university campus for accommodation.
When I was studying at Celal Yard?mc? Secondary School in 1994, Kay?da? was not this beautiful, but now it has developed so much that the only thing I miss about that place is my friends from school? …
I was excited to visit my friend's university campus but was stopped by staff with incredibly bad english using google translate. Step up to international university standards and allow guest visitors!!
Hey?YKS is your university of choice.
It's a university whose value is much more appreciated after graduation. My advice to newcomers: don't try to skip English prep, in fact, extend it as much as …
Graduating from this university and completing my second master's degree with honors was amazing for me; we received a very rigorous education...a master's degree of doctoral quality, thank you.
My university. It has wonderful buildings. The professors in the Master's program in Educational Management were excellent. I wish they also offered a PhD program in Educational Management.
It's a fantastic place. It gives off a feeling of being in a high-definition hotel with a great ambiance. The layout is meticulously organized and well-planned. I really liked it.
I miss the conversations in the grove, the corridors where I followed the teachers, my crazy project classes, the gossip in the red cafe, in short, my university years. Uh oh...
I am Hüriye Deliba?, and on December 24, 2025, I successfully underwent surgery with Professor U?ur Türe. The world's brain is entrusted to him; he's number one, mashallah.
As someone who studied Computer Engineering at Yeditepe University, I can say this: This is a school you should never attend; it's absolutely not worth the money. …
I wish I could rate 0 starts for this university full of spoiled and rude students.
People are just here to show off their money and status and not to actually …
It's a place where car access is unnecessarily problematic. You can't get in without a reservation in advance. It's like entering the Prime Minister's office. :)
This might be the only university in the world to have come up with and implemented such a brilliant idea as scheduling the graduation ceremony at 10 AM ? …
we went there for a school trip and they put the damn conference hall at the top floor and made us all take the stairs. the stairs were literally shaking.
A true campus in the woods... not a neighborhood university for teenagers, but students can benefit from the benefits of being a student.
The most prestigious location in Kay??da?? neighborhood... The best university... And the school with the most successful students.
My education level is very poor, according to university students.
Thank God I did not complete my registration at this university.
The hospital, especially the gynecology and obstetrics department, is very attentive. The doctors and staff are very kind.
The campus is so beautiful, the trees make it cool and the air is wonderful. Not to mention the quality of education.
Sleep is beautiful because it calls for dreams, but of course, what should be avoided is the sleep of heedlessness…
I came to campus for a cosplay event. There were no problems except for the glass stairs, which wobbled sometimes.
An amazing university, with all the resources available for students to develop their skills.
The campus is beautiful. We were also pleased with the Psychology department. Thank you.
I was there for FLL 2024. It was a great school with parks, gardens and many facilities.
They organize red light and green light parties and stuff like that, stay away.
Thank you for giving me the worst university experience someone could get.
A magnificent campus intertwined with nature, both a school and nature :)
It is a really nice university in terms of its environment and location.
One of the best universities I have visited... very upscale
A university nestled in the forest with stunning views.
It’s a private university for medical studies in Asia
One of the best foundation universities in Türkiye.
Beautiful campus with a great language program!
Will this heart ever forget you, Yeditepe?
