I came here to the continuing education center for training on healthy living for those over 60. At the school, we had a student who fell because the leveling between the blocks was poor. Also, the architectural design lacks sufficient light and air circulation; the ventilation systems in the basement floors are not very good.
The interior is clean and well-maintained. The food is decent, and I plan to return. The staff could be a little more friendly. Smoking is allowed, but only in designated areas. I sensed a general dissatisfaction among customers, but I can say it met my expectations. I deducted a star because the diploma arrived cold. Regards.
They don't have a single correct course of action. They're so far removed from education that they couldn't write a success story if the students didn't have the potential. The administration is beyond terrible. Before you enroll, remember this: You'll be in a school where you'll try to remain calm. Best of luck.
We received a quote for a physiotherapist position during the application period. When the selections were announced, we were shocked to find a different price. We were quoted 12,000 lira, but the price we got was 28,000 lira. The institution's secretariat is a complete liar; they'll do anything to extort money.
I love the campus, but they've cut the budget significantly lately. Someone in a class got electrocuted, so they taped off the outlets and shut off the power, and didn't assign a new class. They also didn't decide to hold finals remotely when the number of cases was 70,000; it was an unnecessary risk.
A "Apprentices Ask the Masters" talk was held with representatives from translation agencies and students of the Translation and Interpreting Department. We attended on behalf of the International Language and Translation Services Association and Portakal Translation Inc. Everything went very well.
It's a very modern, high-quality, and beautiful university. The professors are well-established, and the university's resources are generally sufficient. The campus is small but packed with activity. Overall, I recommend it to anyone who wants to study, especially those with full scholarships.
It's an institution that does everything in its power to victimize its students. I believe they held final exams in person just to victimize them, despite our friends being earthquake victims. If I weren't a fourth-year student, I wouldn't have waited a minute to transfer. I regret it so much!
I'd say it's the highest quality private university in Izmir. The instructors are carefully selected, and they operate with an educational approach, not a business approach. The campus is beautiful, and all the activities are seamless. You might want to choose this university.
It is a private university in a very good location, a bit expensive but the best private university in Izmir in terms of education. It has everything that should be there, such as a garden, classrooms, a canteen, and is suitable for education. The staff is polite and tolerant.
When I was in 12th grade, we went here on a university trip. I don't know about the education system, but if you're not well-off, don't come. The cafeteria prices are very expensive. Is a bagel and fruit juice worth 5 TL? Other than that, I liked the garden and the building.
I was studying computer programming as a second year student in 2024. The school is a top-tier school, a versatile university with its teachers, events, and activities. I cancelled my registration due to financial difficulties, but I regret it. I wish I had suspended it.
Student services are terrible. They are good until they get the money but after that they don't even look at you. The teachers don't come to elective classes and don't let you know, so you have to wait. If you don't want to be disgraced with your money, look elsewhere.
It's a university where getting as much money as possible from students, not education, is the priority. I deeply regretted choosing electrical and electronics engineering at this university last year. This year, I transferred and applied to other universities.
The school holds second-year course selections at the same time as the Erasmus exam, announcing this at the last minute. Every year, there's drama surrounding course selections, but this year's was epic. You call the student affairs office and get no response.
I finished my master’s degree at this university. I found that majority of teachers are very good and they do their best. The labs are good, but they need to introduce new devices and resources as well. Overall, I spent a great time there, thank you ? …
I'm in my fourth year, and the Student Affairs office is completely unreachable. They leave you in the chaos of choosing your courses like a sacrificial lamb, and when you call or try to reach someone, you can never find them. Whenever I go …
While I was taking online prep classes, some students were allowed to turn on their cameras but not show themselves, while I was on a difficult day when a humanitarian request was denied. The day I learned of my cousin's suicide, I asked my …

When we went to register, the woman named P?nar who was at the reception desk was incredibly disrespectful. I was shocked that someone like her could be accommodated there. For someone who makes a first impression on me, I think anyone can …
This school, whose quality deteriorates further every year, leaves me speechless. It's a place where, just because they're planning to build a new campus, they've taken in more people than necessary, putting all the students in a difficult …
We went to Izmir University of Economics for university preference information. First, we were given information from the university itself. It was incredibly attentive and caring. We were taken to the guidance department to choose another …
I'm just saying, "Boo!" My son is studying here, and we're waiting for the new tuition to be announced so we can adjust our financial situation. The situation is clear for newly enrolled students, but they haven't announced the tuition for …
Five days ago, I came from Ankara to Izmir to visit a friend. He said, "Come, let me take you to my university," and I agreed. At the first security entrance, the security guard said they only let relatives or siblings in. Then we decided …
It's one of Izmir's most prominent universities and offers an excellent education. The campus is beautiful and well-maintained. Enrollment is easy. There are both paid and free parking spaces nearby, and it's located opposite the cable car.
To be frank, this was one of the top universities my daughter would choose based on her YKS (Turkish university entrance exam) results this year. But I decided to do some research. The student reviews are terrible; nobody is satisfied. So …
I recommend that parents who want to enroll at Izmir University of Economics reconsider and do some research. I don't know where to begin, but the first thing to consider is that they raise tuition fees every year at exorbitant rates far …

I've been working at this institution—or rather, I'd say university—for two years, and they have absolutely no capacity to provide quality education. My advice to prospective students: IF NECESSARY, STAY UP FOR A GRADUATE, BUT DON'T LET …
The school is nice and all, but they don't listen to any of the students. Also, nobody knows what anyone else is doing. I realized this last year when I was applying for a proficiency exam and instead of helping me with my problem, they …
Unfortunately, I had to press one star to leave a review here. If there was a minus star option, I would have pressed it all the way. I entrusted my son, who is highly skilled and has boundless self-confidence, to this school. I deeply …

I contacted the university where my son studied and graduated with a scholarship regarding an error in the SGK (Social Security Institution) information entry. Thankfully, the staff took care of it, but it was impossible to reach the …
STUDENT AFFAIRS AND THEIR ADVISORS ARE A DISGRACE. THEIR INTEREST AND INFORMATION ARE 0. THE EDUCATION PROGRAM COULDN'T BE WORSE. THEY DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY'VE MADE. THOSE WHO DON'T WANT TO BE DISGRACED SHOULD NOT COMING TO THIS SCHOOL.
Think twice before enrolling at Izmir University of Economics. Fees double every year. There's no easy way to make payments, and you can't find anyone to contact except for registration. While there was no commission for credit card …
This is a university I regret coming to after considering Google reviews; I'm studying Software Engineering here. Whatever you do, absolutely do not come to this university. If you're paying, it's a waste of money; if you're on a …
What a waste of your money, and more importantly, your time. With the money I spent here, I could have studied in Europe. I deeply regret not doing so. I would have obtained EU citizenship by now, and received a quality education.
My son is a student there. Therefore, I can't personally see him as a student there. However, when I went there a few times for work, I noticed that the administrative units, in particular, were quite inadequate and problematic.
A university full of nonsense is a school that teaches irrelevant courses and makes you wonder what the heck are we doing here, with grumpy teaching staff who know how to take your money right out of your pocket.
Dormitory facilities are limited, food is non-existent and very expensive, there are no student aid scholarships, even laundry costs can reach 50,000 annually with tokens, there are much better schools.
Everyone was very helpful.
The campus is beautiful, the faculties have everything you could possibly need, and the campus is modern and very comfortable.
There is more than one cafe on campus.
The school we pay 100,000 TL a year for doesn't even have air conditioning. Forget the air conditioning, there's no education. Don't come even if you live in Izmir, you'll regret it!!!
The infrastructure is satisfactory, but some departments are less well-equipped than other universities.
Teachers tend to be distant from students in student-teacher relationships. …
It's a very nice hospital, I was very pleased with the doctors. I came to see an ophthalmologist, they were very friendly and took great care of me. I'm very satisfied. Aynur Özbalat
As a customer who has shopped at this school, I have experienced very poor customer satisfaction. I would not recommend it to potential customers who will shop there in the future.
It's hardly a school, it's more like a 100,000 lira "What Should I Wear Today?" production. Both its location and the attention and care they give make you hate academic life. …
My former university. Clean. Wonderful yurts (dormitory). Good security in and out of the school. Close to a busstop. Not far from the city centre and other touristic sites.
The university is like a labyrinth. It doesn't have a spacious atmosphere. The classrooms and lecture hall are decent. It's certainly not an Ege or Dokuz Eylül university.
Computer Engineering is the school that increased its tuition fee by 127% this year, from 52,760 TL with a 50% scholarship to 120,000 TL, again with a 50% scholarship.
Today, students toured the campus and classrooms, explained the curriculum, and we decided it was the ideal university for my daughter, making it our top choice. …
The department of political science and international relations is very enjoyable both because of the courses and the process and the interest of the professors.
Dear Sir,
I am writing as the parent of a first-year Civil Engineering student.
I don't understand why we always experience the same connection issues, server …
Why did law school tuition fees increase more than medicine and other schools in 2021? The percentage increase is too high. It needs to be re-evaluated.
Dear Sir, why are the university's bank account numbers not on your website? Students are forced to open an account at Yap? Kredi Bank to deposit money.
A business that never cares about its students… If you have a dream of coming here, don't come, my years have been wasted, you will regret it very much.
International applicants with Turkish Names and Last Names beware!!

It looks very small from the outside, and it looks the same from the inside ;)
But it's a nice and adequate campus area. I'd love to study here.
A university that has made hostility towards students a tradition, I wish it had remained as our previous graduates described it. Don't come.
We have a beautiful university where families with money can send their children to school, but those who are not wealthy cannot attend...
After my examination in the neurology department, I was referred to radiology. I was very pleased with the care I received there as well.
I do not recommend it. It is impossible to reach the school, student affairs, etc. You are on your own, they will not give information.
It has a lovely little campus atmosphere. The dormitory is very nice, ideal for students. The pictures are from the dormitory window.
This school is unsuitable for studying, even just because of the incompetent staff and their attitudes in the student affairs office.
It is difficult to find such a large green area in the center of the city, it is a very nice environment for us who live in Balçova.
I attended the Ege bin concert on Republic Day, the size of the concert area and the seating arrangement and the fake are very good.
My beloved alma mater, known for its high-quality education, is the best private university in Izmir. Appreciate its value, friends.
A business incapable of creating a decent website,
abandoning all its values ??when it comes to money.
Expensive, but not quality.
They can continue with their decisions and their senseless stubbornness, which I would consider foolish, for as long as they want.
A university that doesn't value its students at all, and then deletes comments from students who express this in their reviews.
A super school..high quality (of course there are minor problems but they are solved somehow) Izmir's rising face and pride
It's a great location... The teachers vary, some good, some bad. It's also a problem that most of the classes are online.
If you continue to exploit students enrolled in the 2023-2024 academic year, your review rating will drop from 4 to 1.
We made an appointment and went. We were pleased with the attention. It's a university with excellent opportunities.
I attended the course and the Chinese, it is a beautiful, animal-loving, sea-viewing, high-quality university.
Besides being a university city, Izmir is also a foundation university with its education and quality...
It's a perfect university. We went to get information for my son. They were very helpful. Thank you.
Whoever posted this link used an incorrect title. This is Nevvar Salih ??gören Children's Hospital.
I can say that it is the best foundation university in Izmir, it makes you want to study here :)
It's a terrible university; I wouldn't recommend it at all, and I think it should be avoided.
Very bad school, communication is horrible. They don’t answer mail or on the phone, nothing.
It's a wonderful campus, but space is a bit limited. I hope students appreciate the school.
We went to watch the show in the hall. It was very clean and the ventilation was working.
Edit Habif is a very, very good lecturer in the Tourism and Hotel Management department.
I can say that the private universities in Izmir are the best in terms of education.
It's a great school, especially the foreign languages teaching staff is amazing.
It's a wonderful university. It makes you want to be young again and study.
Quality in education is, of course, for those who can afford it.
Online classes while other universities have hybrid studies ? …
excellent, magnificent university, and highly qualified staff
Thank you to Izmir University of Economics for hosting us.
A school that provides opportunities. Its campus is clean.
A valuable educational institution, the jewel of Izmir.
A pleasant educational institution where I also teach
It is a very nice place in a very good location.
The level of education needs to be raised.
