They take the money as soon as they get it, and then there's no cure for your illness or access to your results. They keep your information secret from you. No one answers the phone. It's truly a place you'll never be happy with. Especially if you're coming for an obstetrics and gynecology appointment, the secretaries are problematic.
Despite having an appointment, I waited patiently, was taken to a room, undressed for an ultrasound (as I was told to do), kept waiting again, and then told I had to leave the room (basically, I was kicked out!). I was told I had to wait even longer. I really can't understand it. I'm a doctor working at this hospital. Shame on them.
We came here expecting a private clinic, but there was zero attention given. I have a lump on my head and I've been telling them it's been bleeding for 30 minutes. I'm admitted through the emergency room, but they won't treat me unless I pay. It's a disgrace, nothing short of a disgrace. It's like we're trying to escape.
Although we had an appointment at 8:30 AM in the orthopedics department, we were only able to be examined at 4:00 PM. The doctor requested an X-ray, and it is now 7:13 PM, and we are still waiting for the X-ray. This is unacceptable hospital. I will be filing complaints with the relevant authorities.
The insurance department can never be reached. I called on Friday evening and they said it was outside of business hours. I called the next day during business hours and the operator connects me, but the phone is not answered or is busy. I connect to the operator again. It's a great system, really.
It's the hospital I've been coming to for years, and my son was born in Konya, the capital. I've been very pleased with both his growth and my gynecological treatment and follow-up. May God bless our founders, the Haberal doctors, and all our dedicated doctors and staff. We're so glad we have you.
An "emergency room" unbecoming of a foundation university... It takes a thousand witnesses to call it an emergency. Chaos reigns, there's no system. Discipline is nonexistent. The doctors and supporting healthcare staff are careless and unserious. Patient follow-up is problematic. Never again...
My father underwent an extremely difficult hernia operation due to his own negligence, which was performed by Professor Afiq. The secretaries, nurses, and all the staff, especially in the general surgery ward, were incredibly kind and attentive. We would like to thank them all once again here.
I can't stand up because of muscle pain, even though I said my midterms and finals will start, the lady at triage didn't even give me a serum or a painkiller, she said there is a lot of flu infection these days, so we can't do anything other than a prescription, thank you, capital ? …
My girlfriend was in agonizing pain in her throat and lungs, crying hysterically, when this hospital only took her blood pressure and sent her away, doing nothing else. They left us in a difficult situation and then charged us a ton of money. I absolutely do not recommend them.
Located between Be?veler and Bahçelievler, Ankara, within walking distance of the Ankaray Bestepe station. Several buildings near the main buildings house the hospital's various outpatient clinics. The rear section houses the emergency room and a private hospital.
I gave birth at the hospital on 17.10.25. First of all, I would like to thank my doctor Nihal ?ahin Uysala, then the nurse Sena Karafato?lu, who took very good care of my baby and me in the ward and never refrained from her support and smiling face.
We had our kidney transplant surgery here, and we would like to express our sincere gratitude to Professor Dr. Mehmet Haberal and Professor Dr. Cihat Burak Say?n, as well as all the staff of the General Surgery Department. Thank you for everything…
If there were 10 professors like Professor Dalokay in the country, I don't think anyone would die from lung-related diseases. May God bless that mother and father a thousand times over for raising you and bringing you to this country, Professor.
Orthopedic surgeon Orçun is a wonderful person. His communication and treatment are excellent... the surgery was a success. Göz Leyla and Ümit are wonderful... they are very attentive... One ENT doctor was indifferent. He was afraid that my …
The pediatric emergency department is successful, the pediatric ward is successful, the pediatric intensive care unit is very successful, Fevzi Kahveci and his team are excellent. The valet service is very, very good, cheap and disciplined. …
It's a complete money trap. On December 4, 2025, I became a liver donor for my uncle. Despite his condition being known, they took my liver, hoping for a cure. But I realized it was done just to get money from the insurance company. We lost …
Why isn't my comment being published? It seems hearing the truth is difficult, so you're having my comment removed? This means I'm on the right track. Let the Ministry of Health hear this: this is a hospital you wouldn't even want to go near.
Very, very good employees. Very helpful. Lacks a decent parking lot but in an emergency you can just leave your car to security and they will take good care of it. Otherwise, you can park in a street or two away. This hospital has very good …
I made an appointment with Alper Köycü at 1:30, and I left hours in advance to avoid being late. After a 25-minute walk and a minibus, I arrived at the hospital 30 minutes early. And 5 minutes before my appointment, he had emergency surgery …
The appointment system is terrible. I forgot my appointment date, so I called and they said Monday is a public holiday, so I should call them on Tuesday during business hours to find out. I asked why I didn't receive an appointment message, …
My friend had nose surgery, and the nurses were extremely indifferent. The first few hours after surgery are crucial for swelling, and ice application is necessary, but when we asked for ice after two hours, we were told the ice machine was …
I've been going for a long time for various reasons, and I've been satisfied every time. The price is debatable. There are private hospitals that charge different prices. The prices here are more reasonable than their counterparts. However, …
I would never, ever choose it again. They cause problems during visiting hours. If a private room is not available, it's an additional problem. You want to get a private room. They want twice the normal price. They demand even more than the …
There's no other hospital with such irresponsible secretaries. Don't go here, brother. It's not a private hospital, so it's definitely not of that quality. I made a phone appointment for my results. They didn't call, and when I asked why, I …
Six months ago, I came to Ankara Ba?kent University Hospital. Our doctor, Alev Arslan, from Adana Ba?kent Hospital, referred me for a heart transplant. It's a city I'd never been to before, but they made me feel right at home from the first …
I'm a doctor at a state hospital, and in my five years of practice, I've never seen such primitiveness, such poor treatment, and such incompetence. Words can't describe the appalling day-surgery process we experienced. Stay away; this place …
As of now, our money is being taken, we are being humiliated, the hospital has patient rights that say we can die. The doctor forgets the test. We made an appointment for my mother from the gastroenterologist. We tried to get an examination …
Years ago, when she complained of feeling unwell and we took her to a heart specialist, they dismissed her as psychological, so I forced her to come to Ba?kent Hospital because I wasn't feeling well. I'm so glad I did. After the tests, she …
At the end of August, my mother was diagnosed with ovarian cancer. During this time, we went to Dr. Hüseyin Ak?ll? for cancer treatment. She underwent surgery to determine the extent of the disease using a minimally invasive approach. When …
On January 18, 2025, around 10 PM, we arrived at the emergency room of the hospital due to our child's abdominal pain. Initially, our child was admitted with a yellow code (emergency care code) and given priority. Following examinations by …
I've been going to this hospital for about 8 months now, and no matter where I go, everyone is happily smoking at every entrance and exit (from the doors to the stairwells), and no one intervenes. We're about to leave with my newborn baby, …
We went to this hospital for my nephew's ileostomy surgery. First of all, I exempt the doctors who do their jobs well, but this hospital employs extremely inexperienced, unsuccessful, indifferent doctors lacking ethical values. We lost our …
If you have any health issues, you can go to a public hospital instead of coming here. The professionalism is nil; I've never waited this long in a public hospital. They mocked us by postponing the ultrasound queue from 9:30 to 11:00, then …
Our patient is in the university's emergency room undergoing tests. While the patient needed a moistened biscuit, I bought a bagel and tea from the canteen and paid 36 lira. Because the tea was hot, I asked for an empty cup to cool it down …
We met with our doctor, Nihal ?ahin Uysal, for a maternity package, and I can't thank her enough. She delivered my baby, healthy and well, to me, and my wife, healthy and well. We had no problems during the nine-month period; she took care …
We've been regularly attending the pediatric cardiology department at this hospital for 14 years. May God bless Dr. Kür?at and his team. I've entrusted my son to them for various examinations, checkups, and angiograms in Ankara, Konya, and …
I won't mention the ENT doctor's name; those who know him will know. He thinks he's something and lacks communication skills. (I took my grandfather to him). When I told him we had tests done at another hospital, he started yelling, "Where …
I went to Prof. Fatih Boyvat, a very good interventional radiology specialist, for an emergency. I was very pleased with his attentiveness, his explanation of the procedure, and his patient-oriented approach. The incidents began later. We …

Keep your children away from the pediatric emergency room; they decide to send a child with a 40-degree fever home. It's a place that only looks after children for the sake of looking after them. The demeanor is absolutely appalling. They …
I will be having surgery at your hospital with my private health insurance from the institution I work for. I requested pre-authorization for this, but I was told that the pre-authorization would be given on the day of the surgery. Why is …

Even though we had unlimited Allianz private health insurance, they made us wait in the emergency room for hours, saying it was an approval, not a provision. When the process was over, we said, "Damn it!" and paid out of pocket. Today, we …
We went to the doctor Fatih Y?ld?r?m as an emergency. We explained everything to him, even though I had angioedema and I needed medication. He didn't understand me at all. He didn't listen, saying I couldn't do anything. I had given him a …
I came here on a recommendation from out of town. The biggest downside is the parking problem. The hospital is spotlessly clean. The staff are helpful in every way, or at least they try to be helpful, as it's a private hospital. There are …
A hospital that makes patients wait until the last minute, prioritizing their own conferences and transfers, then entrusting patients to assistants instead of themselves after surgeries, leaving them to die by delaying them until the last …
The outpatient doctors are generally good, experienced, and caring. But let's talk about the emergency room. It's like a high school cafeteria. There are doctors around 25 years old who don't know what to do. Their intentions may be good, …

I have no complaints about the doctors, but the appointment system is an absolute disaster. They can never schedule appointments, even for their regular patients. They force a 75-year-old to go to the hospital four times for a cardiology …
There's nothing left of the old Ba?kent University Hospital. Sadly, I lost my father and uncle due to the mistakes made here. I respect Professor Mehmet Haberal, but in his absence, the hospital has become a farm... Sadly, I'm sorry, but …
The fact that this hospital is 'private' is reflected only in the prices, not in the quality of service. I had been to the eye clinic before, and the glasses prescriptions given were completely wrong. When I put on the glasses, dizziness …

I've never seen such a bad hospital in my life, even if there were a thousand witnesses, I wouldn't call it a hospital. My child was brought in with diarrhea, fever, and vomiting. I told him I couldn't eat or drink anything, but he only …
The hospital's overall cleanliness is good. We haven't had any complaints about our doctor yet. However, the hospital is quite chaotic, and there's a significant parking problem in the area. I suspect our work hasn't been completed that …
I was not happy with the hospital at all. I stayed in the pediatric hospital with my baby for 4 days. I stayed in a dark, windowless CELLAR-like room for 4 days. They said that food was not provided to the attendants, since my baby was …

If you've had the opportunity to meet Professor Dalokay and if you've been his patient, you're very lucky. Unless your condition is extremely serious, recovery is guaranteed. He's a person of immense humanity and experience.
No one understands the patient's situation. The patient is in pain and uncomfortable. The jokes, laughter, and conversations in the emergency room are disgraceful. This is what it's like to be disgraced with your money.
Best hospital in Ankara , yes it is expensive but that is reason it doesn’t do advertisement.

I absolutely hate this extremely low-quality but incredibly expensive hospital. If you live nearby, you're bound to be fed up with their valet parking. (Examination fees are higher than Koru Hospital.)
The eye doctor mismeasured my prescription. I only realized it after getting my glasses made, so now I have to get them remade. Imagine a hospital where you can't even get the most basic treatment.
I would like to thank Assoc. Prof. Dr. Alper Köycü for the successful nose operation and his attentive care. He is a very skilled doctor, and I can now breathe much more easily after the operation.
Professor Dalokay is a man who has reached the pinnacle in the field of thoracic surgery and in the field of humanity. May God grant you a long life, Professor. Thank you very much for everything.
This review will be useful for foreigners.
Don't come here. You will get bad service, room quality is bad. For same price you can get better treatment and service in any other hospital in Ankara.
It's the classic private hospital mentality: everything looks great, top quality, but the system isn't progressing. We had an operation scheduled for 12:00, but we went in at 14:30.
We would like to thank everyone at the gynecology and obstetrics clinic, especially Esra, for their attentive and caring approach. Every stage of our surgery went very well.
