NBEMS declares NEET PG 2026 result; general cut-off 262 of 720, scorecards from 1 October

The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences declared the NEET PG 2026 result in a notice dated 24 September 2026. The exam was held on 30 August 2026, with a re-examination on 5 September for candidates at two Jaipur centres (iON Digital Zone iDZ Sitapura) hit by an internal power failure. NBEMS said 2,63,544 candidates appeared on 30 August and 2,416 on 5 September.

The qualifying cut-offs out of 720 are 262 for General and EWS (50th percentile), 244 for General PwBD (45th percentile) and 226 for SC, ST and OBC including their PwBD candidates (40th percentile). NBEMS said individual scorecards and the answer key, including each candidate's marked responses, would be available through the applicant login on or after 1 October 2026. Scorecards can be downloaded for only six months from issue and will not be sent by post or email, so candidates should save a copy. NBEMS said every question was reviewed by specialty faculty and none was found technically incorrect. State quota merit lists are generated by the states under their own rules.

The notice is on natboard.edu.in under NEET-PG.
