UP DGME runs NEET UG round 3 for 887 MBBS and BDS seats; allotment result on 2 November

The Directorate General of Medical Education and Training, Uttar Pradesh, released the schedule for the third round of UP NEET UG 2026 counselling for state quota MBBS and BDS seats in government and private colleges, Medical Dialogues reported on 27 October 2026. The notice was issued in continuation of the Medical Counselling Committee's all-India timetable. Online registration ran from 5 PM on 26 October to 2 PM on 28 October, with registration and security fee payment open until 3 PM the same day. The merit list was due on 28 October and choice filling was open from 5 PM on 28 October to 5 PM on 31 October.

The seat allotment result is due on 2 November 2026, and allotted candidates must download their allotment letters and complete admission at the college between 3 and 7 November. A round 3 seat matrix reported by Medical Dialogues on 31 October lists 887 seats, 166 in government institutions and 721 in private ones. The largest blocks are 89 Jain minority seats at Teerthankar Mahaveer Medical College, Moradabad, 57 at Rajshree Medical Research Institute, Bareilly, 47 at Venkateswara Institute of Medical Sciences, Gajraula, and 47 Sikh minority seats at D.J. College of Dental Sciences, Modinagar. Neither report states fee or security deposit amounts.
