We visited the gynecology department at the hospital today and were cared for by a very friendly and competent team. The lovely midwife Julia, in particular, was very kind and always kept us well informed about what would happen next. Thank you to the entire team. We will always remember our hospital visit fondly during our vacation.
Anyone who enjoys taking a quick dip in the Baltic Sea during their semester break should definitely study here. I also graduated from my home university here and can highly recommend it. I'd deduct one point for the food in the cafeteria, but you'll certainly get enough to eat. It's probably not much better at other universities.
A historic university located in Erlangen! It is the place where four Nobel Prize winners were produced, including Dr. Ohm who discovered Ohm's law. When we visited in early June, there was a beer festival called Bergkirchweih. Everyone was wearing traditional clothes and drinking beer on the street, which was a happy atmosphere.
I was able to accompany my daughter to the open day on February 26, 2022. We received a very warm welcome at this wonderful place. I hope my daughter will study here. Today, August 28, 2024, I was at the university hospital with my brother. He had a workplace accident on the 22nd of this month and tore the ligaments in his shoulder and collarbone. Today was finally supposed to be the day of surgery. Nothing! We were sent home. Now, the surgery might be on September 4th or 5th. Unbelievable!
I think the requirements here aren't too high, and you pass the exams quite well compared to other schools. The competence of the prospective doctors leaves something to be desired, of course. If you want to have fun and make friends, that's fine. If you really want to become a good doctor, go to LMU; the standard is higher.
The UMCH campus impresses with its excellent infrastructure and modern facilities. The learning environment is both efficient and pleasant, offering everything you need for a successful course of study. I particularly like the digital focus of the program, which makes the learning process more flexible and contemporary.

Inpatient treatment following knee surgery (new knee joint). Very friendly and always helpful staff (Ward 5012). High level of expertise (surgery went perfectly). The food was varied for such a large hospital and perfectly acceptable in terms of preparation. I am very satisfied and can highly recommend this hospital.
