Bhavin Bhaskar

The doctors are superb and the service is also excellent but one negative side is that they don't have all the facilities which a medical College hospital should have. For example, with regards to the dental care, they don't have tooth removal facilities, for that they will refer the patient to Trivandrum medical College.

Biju Gopinathan

One who design the infrastructure is deserved to get multiple slap on his face with washroom footware... Those who visit the hospital have to walk miles and miles for basic things.. Never ending architectural modifications.. The landscaping terrain is tragic.. After light rain.. Parking area will be sink with stromwater..

Raji George

It's bad experience for us. My sister admitted to emergency department with complaints of chest discomfort and abdominal pain Dr advised to ECG and injections but is taking by male technician we are requested females but they are not willing to take ECG as per them this is government rule , and he angry with us

baijuchandran b

Accessibility is very good from Northern area of Trivandrum and Southern area of Kollam districts. Located within 1 km from NH66 towards paravoor road. People opinion also very good in terms of treatment, doctors and hospital facilities. Providing effective service to people serving as a covid19 treatment centre.

Thoughtzmate

I had a worst experience from the security lady in the block of blood test . Since i was coming for the first time i got inside the lab for enquiry. Her behavior was so rude. No Empathy for patients. Other facilities are good and good Doctors too. Physiotherapy department is also better.

Renjith Prasad

I have never had such a bad experience from any other hospital. The behavior of the nurses there is very bad. They speak in a very dirty way. It's just a matter of coming here if you want to. I took my niece's baby by accident and stood there for 30 minutes without anyone looking.

ANCY M DAS

The Casualty Doctor on duty failed to explain treatment details to a patient and attendent who travelled all the way from Idukki to this hospital in an ambulance, neglecting the sick patient. Doctor here was arrogant and abusive and doesn't follow the medical ethics. So disappointed

Saif Sheraf

Hospital premises are just ok in terms of cleanliness and service is horrible by the staff and attenders nobody cant ask them anything they will shout at you and ask to stay out of the hospital even if he/she is the patient.overall treatment is good but service is very poor

Annapoorna rkacharya

Very bad service, staffs are closing the cash counters before duty time(lab) and sending to other places to avoid patients from there zones as they already knew that the refered place by them are not accepting it,for making us fools.complete inconvenience to patients.

DeViL's AnGeL

OVER ALL BETTER.... ONLY ONE REASON MEDICINE WERE VERY SHORT....IT'S A DIFFICULT MATTER....SOMANY POOR PEOPLES WERE COMING IN THIS HOSPITAL... THEY HAVE NO MONEY TO BUT THIS COSTLY MEDICINES.... SO PLEAS TRY TO UNDETSTAND THIS PROBLEM AND KINDLY SOLVE THIS ONE....
