Cleaning and house keeping are also average. Doctors are well. All type of Treatment can do here. Emergency are active but patients frequency are low. Ground area are huge.

Good hospital and cost of treatment is less compared to other hospitals. better than any other hospital in durgapur.I admit my daughter for 3 days and she recovered well from fever.Staff is good and doctors are well behaved.Swastha sathi card widely accepted which is very good.But you have to produce original card not in mobile.

Worst management ever... Giving information to the patient attender via telephone while visiting they are just refusing to that matter which is a wrong information.. It's a humble request to coordinate with the patients accordingly by giving the exact info. In hospital patients visit to get the treatment not to enjoy weakened..

It's good. And now in the time of COVID they are also giving discount for OPD because when I gone with my mom they charge Rs20 each for visiting both GP & Surgeon. Another thing is that no COVID ward is there till now so I think it will be safe for all of us who are going to visit for any other illness or diseases.

Don't know about the hospital, but vaccine facility is way better than the other places of Durgapur. Polite behaviour, showing the actual vaccine(covaxin/covishield) bottle, and also inject it in front of everyone with extra care.. Hardly take 15 min to complete all steps.
