I have never seen such a bad hospital in my life. Don't even ask about the carelessness of the support staff. The management is trying to avoid you in a way that I feel ashamed to tell you. Very bad behaviour. Because of one man we had to wait for an extra 4 and a half hours. Ridiculous.
