dear sir or madam I am kumar sameer. I admit in your esic hospital from 8 days. but I faced many types problem, because I am a under tritment patient . Like Hot water. cleaning not perfect. and staff is not friendly every prosess delay. and security rules very strict. So I request you please give the parfect sarvice to your patient.

Right now I am in the hospital .my leg broken . I am under reservation . Thursday my operation will be done . They just off the AC & When asked they said AC IS for only night . When my parents moved to other room those are full chilled . When again I asked they refused to on the ac said will start at perfect Time.

In borabanda dispensary lady lab staff sitting at counter are very rude about patients, she don't have common sense, talk very bad language and they behave like we are there slaves. As they are treating with there pocket. I request you Please teach them a manners and how to behave with patients.

This place is pathetic. The people at the reception are the worst. They don't have minimum etiquette about receiving people. One of them did not even wear a mask. They should be suspended. Very rude behaviour towards the old people. I suggest not to go there.

Treatment is good,but they don't share the patients condition to their attendees.
Security people are very harsh,according to their convenience they will change the rules day by day,there is no proper waiting room for attendees,finaly staff are worst.
