I'm trying to verify a scholarship offered for this campus. I paid the registration fee through Educaca Mais, but when I called to schedule the entrance exam, Castelo Branco informed me that the only undergraduate program I chose is in Realengo. However, the Educa Mais website shows a downtown campus. The service is terrible.
Terrible! Total disregard for students on the part of the administration and ombudsman. I'm having to stop working for 2 months, being harmed and losing my job opportunity, because they haven't delivered my diploma for over a year. They don't answer me, they don't give me any feedback, they really don't care. TERRIBLE!

The night shift receptionist at the sports center provides terrible service! Zero empathy, zero welcoming attitude, zero willingness to help, and you even get a dirty look if you ask a question. She treats us like we're asking for a favor. With so many people wanting to work, it's absurd to have this kind of service.

The service for former students, both by phone and email, is a complete disgrace. They don't answer, they don't respond. How can you get a document from them? Impossible. Don't waste your time calling, go directly to the Ministry of Education, the Consumer Protection Agency, I don't know. Just not with them.
