What an unmanage billing counter as being a service user we should have to fight we that with staff to told them make a line system those people who are introvert they can use facility of this hospital because staff doesn't ask to make line in billing counter even doesn't care about who is standing their for long time
They are all student and trying to practice on us they act like they know alredy but actually they doesn't know anything and if tell them a symptom they try to trick you by Googleing and give you a random medicine ...they dont care about patience.....and unnecessary test they dont explain you later what is the result.

I don't understand why the faculty allow freshers in MICU. They will get good knowledge in experiment hall rather than working on serious patients. A small mistake and you are done with your life. They only makes you afraid of ??????? ???? ? The main problem is their management. They are lacking more employees. Dr. Prashant is so rude and unprofessional. Rubbish service,doctors and nurses. These kinds of unprofessional doctors and nurses should be fired.i would no recommend this hospital for every one.
In the era of this modernisation staffs need to be familiar with computer and related accessories. Lack of technology Friendly staffs delays service holders time more than three times.. advice is staffs might need computer training for 3 months, which could be unexpressed voice of staffs as well.
The pharmacy billing counter at this hospital is extremely disappointing. The staff seem careless, showing no respect for patients' time or their responsibilities. It causes unnecessary delays and frustration. However, apart from that, other services and facilities at the hospital are quite good.
I was enquiring about whole body check up packages. I wanted to know what is included on it. I wasn’t expecting medical advise from the receptionist. But definitely she could advise me the right procedure. As I was asking for some questions, she cut off the phone. Worst customer service ever.
