  1. Confirm the World Directory entry F0001118 yourself at wdoms.org; the entry describes the school as it reported itself, not its recognition anywhere.

What we can confirm

  • Listed in the WHO World Directory of Medical Schools (WDOMS ID F0001118) — you can verify this independently on wdoms.org rather than take any agent's word for it.

Verify before you pay anyone

  • Recognition and licensing rules change over time. Re-check the current NMC-eligible colleges list and this country's regulations for Australia yourself before paying anything.
  • Never pay an agent or "seat reservation" fee in cash, or before you have a signed offer letter directly from the university.

  • Confirm the medium of instruction, hostel/food costs, and total multi-year fee in writing from the university itself, not only from an agent's brochure.

Have been to this medical centre multiple times as a staff member at UWA. Each visit there has been a long wait time (30 minutes +), not very helpful doctors and very expensive consults. 5 minute consult today where the doctor could not answer my concern so called another doctor for advice then charged me $80.

I have consulted with Dr Elizabeth Kerr multiple times and personally felt she's the best GP I have ever met. She's absolutely compassionate, caring and assuring. For an anxious person like me who needs a lot explaining and assuring, I have always felt a sense of calm. Thank you Dr Kerr. <3

Had an awful experience at UWA medical centre because of a rude receptionist. She was condescending, and unhelpful, and made me feel unwelcome. Her behavior was unacceptable for a medical facility. I will not be returning and advise others to steer clear for your mental well-being.

I agree with many other reviews posted. The receptionists are consistently rude and just lazy when it comes to putting in effort to make people feel welcome. It's a client facing role, it's part of the job and they're doing it so poorly, …

Dr Stubbs is the G.O.A.T. and the receptionists and nurses are super chill too.
Expect to wait as they’re usually running behind, but I am okay with that because they are clearly very thorough in consults and it’s worth it.

Dayu Liu

Went there to build up my medical history here in Australia and also get a prescription note. The doctor I had appointment with is very professional and keen to details. Tremendous help to find me the right medicine and doze.

I've had the same doctor twice and he has been very patient and helpful. The receptionists have all been lovely too. I've been twice and only waited less than 5 minutes for my appointment.

2nd floor. Nice and helpful staff. Great location for UWA students. Includes vaccination, urine analyses and all blood tests. Well-Organised , but you can not get a close appointment.

The staff and doctors are FINE (just fine). I had a terrible experience with my ear cleaning there. This place is SO BASIC. How can this place be considered a "MEDICAL CENTRE" !?

Avoid taking blood test here. The pathlab lady was really rough and impatient. She kept jabbing the needle in my arm like stuffing a turkey for thanksgiving
