One year after finishing our online degree program, we still haven't received our diplomas. The university simply "packed up camp," leaving us adrift. Some staff members came to administer the exams, but nothing since! We call and nobody knows anything, they just say it will be resolved in 7 days! A year has passed and still nothing!
Do not take your courses at this institution, it's terrible, they take forever to deliver the diploma; I've been waiting for 5 months and nothing. The student support is awful, nobody answers, nobody gives you any feedback. Unfortunately, I'll have to get legal action, along with contacting the consumer protection agency (PROCON).
If I could, I wouldn't even give it this one star. The college is awful. I enrolled in Electrical Engineering, paid the registration fee, got my access card, everything was fine, and on the day of class I was informed that they hadn't formed a class for the course I had chosen. A tremendous lack of respect. I do not recommend it.
Dom Pedro College is disorganized. I've been waiting for my diploma for over two years. I was informed that the person responsible for diplomas at the college is a woman named Bianca, and this woman is a star who can't talk to anyone... A lack of respect for the students... think carefully before enrolling in this college...
There are no stars for this, a college with absolutely no commitment to its students. To this day, I'm still calling and messaging to resolve a problem that they said would be resolved three months ago. I will be contacting the Ministry of Education and the Consumer Protection Agency (PROCON) to get what is rightfully mine.
Phone, email, chat, coordination – nobody answers or responds. The student portal is awful! Many bugs, and the online classes are completely incomplete. Every semester is a surprise. They change the tuition and your schedule without any notice. It's a headache trying to get in touch with anyone to resolve the problems.
The Bahian school has no respect for the neighborhood; they carry out endless construction work and cut down trees every day of the week, including Sundays. It's impossible for those who live nearby to plan anything—study, work, or even leisure—since it becomes impossible to hear even the noise from the television.
The college is only good in terms of infrastructure; the administration is TERRIBLE, they don't care about the students at all! There are always administrative problems when a new semester starts, and they don't resolve them, they don't make things easy for the students. DISSATISFIED!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE!

The School of Medicine and Public Health is located on the main avenue of Brotas (Dom João VI) and boasts excellent facilities, whether for SUS (Brazilian public healthcare system) or private insurance patients. The level of care provided by the staff is outstanding, from the entrance to the consulting rooms.
