It's a very comprehensive university with facilities well-suited to the various professional programs they offer. Unfortunately, there's a lot of red tape involved in certain processes, but overall, the staff is very attentive and helpful. There's parking available on campus, and the different buildings are easily accessible.

The campus is located at 170th Street and 8th Avenue. During rush hour, traffic is terrible on that street, both in the morning and afternoon; you need to be patient while driving. The university campus is very clean and spacious, with good facilities, on-site parking, private security, and green areas. It's a nice place.

They advertised a nutrition course starting February 10th, I paid for it, and now they haven't refunded me, even though I've been requesting a refund for over a month. I had to file a formal complaint and I'm still waiting for a response. This university is a complete fraud and a total rip-off.

The online customer service page doesn't even have a working phone number, which is incredibly disrespectful to those who need it. And when an operator finally answers, they leave you waiting for ages before calling back. Please be more professional; we deserve respect.
