Unfortunately, there's a lot of red tape involved in certain processes, but overall, the staff is very attentive and helpful. There's parking available on campus, and the different buildings are easily accessible.
I have come on several occasions to receive emergency medical attention, but it is always too delayed. The Red Cross that attends to emergencies used to be much better; now you can spend all day sitting in pain and the service is very slow. I have been here for two hours and they still haven't attended to me.
