It's a good university, but although the parking has improved, it's insufficient as the university continues to grow. As for the food areas, it's simply shameful that a university founded to train people in the health sciences has such a poor, not to say terrible, food selection; it's a clear example of the country's inconsistencies.
At an educational level, this university has a long way to go. Unfortunately, more is invested in advertising than in research. The university's facilities are good, the new building is very modern, and the teaching staff in some programs is very good, except in some cases where recent graduates are hired. It needs more green spaces.
The university campus is large, spacious, and full of green areas. The architecture of the buildings is very beautiful and sophisticated. I must say I got lost on my first day, but the people are very friendly and help you find your way. The cafeteria is cozy, and the food is good. I had no problems arriving by bus from Bogotá.
A public university with great qualities. It has a very spacious campus filled with green areas. These spaces strengthen learning with technology, and it also has an excellent teaching staff. The administration is very empathetic with the student body, most of whom are from the entire department of Magdalena and its rural areas.
I didn't have a direct connection to the university, but I have been to the Palmira campus facilities on several occasions, and they are very comprehensive. I took the ICFES exam there twice, participated in seminars, completed theoretical practical training for nursing assistants, and attended events in the auditorium as well.
It's large, has several entrances, there are people who guide you, it has many blocks, it has an innovation lab, it has bookstores, miscellaneous stores, cafeterias, bathrooms, it has security, parking, alumni can enter the institution just by presenting their identity document, some students are beneficiaries of scholarships.
I visited with a friend who works there. The campus is beautiful, built around a colonial house that houses the rector's office and a beautifully decorated chapel. Some departments (medicine, communications) have excellent, cutting-edge equipment, and the enrollment numbers speak volumes about the high quality of the teaching.
It's a very comprehensive university with facilities well-suited to the various professional programs they offer. Unfortunately, there's a lot of red tape involved in certain processes, but overall, the staff is very attentive and helpful. There's parking available on campus, and the different buildings are easily accessible.
An excellent university located in Chía, Cundinamarca. It undoubtedly boasts one of the best university campuses in Colombia. The institution's academic standards have earned numerous national and international awards for excellence, and it also offers dual degree programs abroad. One of the best universities in Colombia.
It's very large, even though it doesn't seem so. It's built on a mountain, so there are many steps within the university. You'll always have to climb or descend steps wherever you want to go. Its classrooms are well-equipped with technological implementations that improve lecture delivery, and they're also air-conditioned.
