My opinion of the university would be unfair, as I have no connection to it. I can tell you from the number of students and the diversity of nationalities here that it's popular and in demand. And the number of cars parked in two rows along the entire building suggests that the people attending are well-off.
If you use the conditions of a university that has a less pleasant social environment than universities in Türkiye, you can achieve good positions. You can work in Kazakhstan or Türkiye, but you should also be prepared for the boredom of university because there have been students who dropped out.
The course was delivered remotely and the exam was in person. We took the exam from 1,000 km away. The cost far outweighed the benefits. I wouldn't stay at this university for even five minutes if I didn't pay. The economics professor has a huge ego, and all the other professors are highly regarded.

National Medical University. Centrally located. Easy to get to. Old building. The university isn't very well-maintained. It hasn't been renovated in a while, at least for five years. If they renovate it and buy modern equipment, the university will be priceless.

The university where I studied for a Master's degree in Management Information Systems (MAGISTRATURE). I graduated on June 2020. This is a rare university that offers a 50% discount to citizens of other Turkic Republics. The discount is no longer available.
