I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Everything works based on favoritism and self-interest, completely illegal in certain aspects. Zero professionalism. Some professors, notably Sara Sucena from architecture and urban planning, contribute to the corruption of university education.
A shameful university, staff with no concern for the education or respect of those who visit or attend the university; students are treated unequally, favoring certain groups, both in terms of grades and exceptional situations such as schedules, attendance, etc...
