The smell around the Faculty of Agriculture building made me faint... Also, I tried a sake called "Nagomi Sakura" that was apparently made by the Faculty of Agriculture, and when I tried it with a friend, it had quite a high-spirited taste. I don't recommend it... but I don't have any grudge against the Faculty of Agriculture.
It is the university with the most well-equipped research facilities in the Tokai region, providing an environment where students can concentrate on their academic studies. It has many research buildings on a vast campus in Nagoya City. There is also a forest on the campus where hornets and other insects can appear.
Many of the buildings have been renovated, and the equipment is up to date, so the atmosphere is completely different from the old lab. It's bright and open, and the break areas are modern and well-maintained, which surprised me. It's no wonder that six Nobel Prize winners have been awarded in the 21st century.
One of Japan's top universities, easily accessible via the Meijo Line. My first impression was seeing banners dedicated to Nobel Prize winners. It's a large university with a free museum, well worth a visit. However, the lake at Nagoya University is... awful, not particularly aesthetically pleasing.
On January 8th, around 8pm, I got off the bus in front of Nagoya University and was crossing the street when a man on a motorbike hit me with a series of loud, vulgar sneezes. This made me realize once again how lucky I am that none of my relatives attend Nagoya University.
Huge, quiet, with some beautiful architectures and fields. The university has a mixture of old and new buildings, old and new facilities, historic and contemporary designs. There's a Nobel Peace Prize museum here too. My favorite part of this place is the Toyoda field.
Although it is difficult to make a general comparison with universities in Tokyo, the campus atmosphere is truly university-like and wonderful. I hope that this will continue to be an educational institution that supports Nagoya, even in times of regional decline.
It is the highest ranked university in the Tokai area. However, its national position and popularity are questionable. Those who can afford it will probably go to Tokyo or Kyoto;^_^A There is now a station on the Meijo Line, which makes it very convenient.
This is very impressive, but the level of civility of inter-college clubs and student groups such as Yosakoi and dance clubs is low, and they make loud noises and spread out on the streets, making you wonder what kind of education they have received.
The campus is a 3-minute walk from Exit 2 of Nagoya University Station. Buildings vary depending on the faculty, so please refer to the map.
At the entrance to the campus is the concrete Toyoda Auditorium, which has a very beautiful interior design.
There were a lot of cool buildings, which was very informative. It's an open university, so non-students can enter freely, which left a good impression. There's a station called Nagoya University Station, so it seems like it would be easy to get to.

Good place, the new building is lovely. But some areas, for example the liquid N2 storage facility look worn out, and rusty ... If an expert already checked maybe it's fine. Just from a commoner view point, it looks slightly concerning.
Akamiso Imperial University is the pride of Aichi Prefecture. The building facing Yotsuya Green Road has undergone renovations and is now much cleaner. It floods about once every two years. Arrests are made about the same frequency.
This picture taken in late 2014. Great place for study in mechanical engineering, my friend said. The campus is cozy and the atmosphere is good. Place for micro robot maze competition that held on november every year.

This is a wonderful university with well-maintained buildings and an excellent environment, and I have high hopes for the future of Japan in the young people who have the opportunity to study in such a place.

I don't know why, but I came to this university from a remote area of ??Dewa, Michinoku, at the beginning of this century, but I feel like there are fewer filthy students now than back then. …
I went there for work today, and the campus is large and divided into departments, so it's quite a distance to walk from the Nagoya University subway station to the west side, across the street.
UM is proud of its Nobel Prizes, and there are places and memorabilia related to them everywhere. The campus is beautiful, with beautiful green spaces. There's even a Starbucks in the library!

It's a beautiful campus, and it seems to have a cafe and a stylish restaurant on-site. You can see people walking around the campus here and there. It's a place full of youthful energy.

There are people at the university who study ants. The campus looks huge when you look at it on the computer. There are people at the Pest Science Research Institute who study ants.
We attended the "Disaster Prevention and Mitigation College 2022" basic disaster prevention training at the Toyota Auditorium Hall. The lawn in front of the auditorium is beautiful.
As you would expect from a university that has produced a number of Nobel Prize winners, it is also one of the best in space research! It is open to the public free of charge.
It's convenient that there's a Family Mart right after you exit Nagoya Daigaku-mae Station.
