They missed the IV injection four times, and before the bleeding had stopped, they removed the tape and blood started coming out. The puncture wound was blue, but they didn't even apologize. To top it off, they said they couldn't give me the IV. This is the first time I've ever been to a hospital like this. I'll never go there again.
Very nice place, really fast helping, has self check out for the payment of hospital bills. They have staff that talks in English if you make an appointment. Very clean, very big and the doctor was amazing. Usually you need to wait a little bit but they take care of you and tend to help you in any way possible.
I was hospitalized once when I got sick and they took good care of me. Everyone is very kind and the food is delicious! They also have a "Saikachi" class, which is a fun place for elementary and middle school students! I was able to have more fun during my hospital stay and I'm glad I was hospitalized here!
The receptionists, nurses, and of course the doctors are all wonderful. The detailed care they provided when I was discharged brought tears to my eyes. I'm grateful for the kind attention to detail they provided. I feel like I've seen the true essence of medical care. I think this is a wonderful hospital.
The staff doesn’t know anything about the facility and I ended up going up and down the building three times just to figure out where I needed to go. A lot of young staffs with bad attitude, couldn’t agree more with all the negative reviews written here. wouldn’t recommend going if you have a choice
Flat out refuses to provide a birth certificate for use in registering my son’s birth with UK authorities. Later decides they can provide one, and charges us a ridiculous amount of money for the lowest quality unofficial looking document. Not accept by UK authorities. What a load of rubbish.
As a father you can’t come in for the echo of you own baby. It is far beyond rediculess. No wonder father in Japan are not that involved because from far before birth they make sure to exclude the fathers in Japan.
Still using Covid as an excuse pisses me off even more.
