  5. Search the agent, consultancy or website you are dealing with on the fraud alerts page before paying anything.

Billing Department here must be a front for a criminal enterprise. My insurance says they double-billed me and coded incorrectly...they offered no help or explanation. I finally just paid the bill(s) in full. Today I received another "mystery bill" (four months later) for something I have never seen before. Unreal.

Chris parker

The DCLS program has been very disappointing. Senior level students having to repeat classes & curriculum multiple times in order to meet research needs of this facility versus receiving the education/guidance to complete required courses they are seeking by in enrolling in said program to obtain PhD.

I went for the flu a month ago and got a flu test and two Tylenol pills. I waited 3 hours in the lobby and was told I tested positive for the flu. I then waited an extra two hours to be discharged and I’m being charged $3400 for it. Barely got any service, no treatment either. Absolutely nuts.

Worst hospital!! UTMB gives referrals for children to CPS for a cash gain. A CPS insider told me this. Do not ever take your children here! It's too much of a risk. They don't care about people, only money and status. Dr. Natalie Royer and Dr. Dolinta are terrible pediatric doctors. Run!

K Po

Came to the emergency room for a check on our infant. We specifically asked for an MD and they sent in a NP. When the NP came in we asked for an MD and the NP was extremely offended we were asking to see someone with an actual medical degree to treat our infant in an emergency room.

Brittney Pritchett

My experience was great they took me back within 5 minutes! Put my foot in hot water, ordered a X-ray, gave me antibiotics and pain meds for my foot then took me in for my X-ray! I was in and out of there within an hour... The staff was very nice and had great bed side manners.....

Am shocked at the bad reviews; I had my baby at utmb and spent 4 days in the hospital afterwards, it was an amazing experience!! Their customer service delivery is exceptional...the best hospital experience I have ever had! Giving them a 5 ?????and most definitely recommend.

David Hunter

People always talk crap about UTMB but our experience has been great. We had doctors check on our daughter and keep us updated. Just days before we spent several days at Memorial Hermann Southwest and it was the exact opposite, no doctors, no information and just no concern.

Chase Niccolai

What is the point of having a appointment if you won't be seen at said appointment time. They are the slowest hospital in the world sometimes i think it is worse than the VA hospital. Mainly from the ultrasound side but the whole hospital is slow. And the restroom dont flush

Juan Lopez

The most BS hospital in the planet. Only reason I give 1 star is because I can’t give 0 stars. They literally won’t let us see our parents that are in ER after an accident bc there’s no BS social worker to walk us back there. I highly recommend never coming here. Ever.

Cindy Escobedo

bad service, we were in a car accident and they took 3 hour for them to do some tests, they didn't even gave us a neck brace knowing that we couldn't move our neck, they said that if the next day we weren't feeling okay to go back to an emergency clinic but NOT UTMB.

jayson

My friend went in the emergency room. They missed diagnosed them said that his symptoms were because he stopped vaping that night. He had a seizure went back to the hospital and it was too late.He died very uneducated people over there.Massive lawsuits do not go here.

UTMB is so large, it can't get out of its own way. Their doctors don't know each other, don't communicate, patient has to do it all. Won't help with anything. It's so expensive you can only afford it if you have top-of-the-line health …

UTMB is amazing!! My parents taught me that God heals thru doctors!! God does heal thru doctors. All the doctors and their teams at UTMB uphold the Hippocratic Oath!! God's Son Jesus' virtue is in the medicine they prescribe!!!

Broken Life

Hands down the most pathetic excuse for a hospital, especially the ER. I'd recommend driving 4 hours to San Antonio over this place. They want your money and that is it. Treating or helping you is a secondary concern to them.
