The university is not serious. Disorganized and the staff is unavailable. The university should be a place of growth, but apparently the opportunities offered by univaq are either nonexistent or nonexistent. The university is a serious institution, a part of life that should help us, not penalize us.

Despite what most people say about the University of L'Aquila, I found a decidedly professional environment, both among the faculty and the administration. The administration staff was also always attentive to the university's (many) issues.

It's impossible for graduates who have just graduated from university to access the site. It's intolerable to have to go through a thousand steps to obtain certificates. The site is too complex and impractical.
