Terrible service to patients even intramurally. Shameful. The meaning of an ancient joke according to which make a name for yourself and go stealing is really true. I just contacted the Pini hospital in Milan and, I don't know, I received persuasive replies but I also booked without a problem. The campus Stuff to make me ashamed
Don't go to this emergency room, it's disorganized and staffed by newly graduated doctors with no experience or tact towards the sick. You'll have to wait more than 8 hours to hear them say, "Just a minute, a little patience." ABSURD... Amateurs out to get away with it, at the expense of the sick and taxpayers.
I visited the Campus clinics, where qualified specialists work. The hospital is well-organized, clean, and very welcoming. The medical and nursing staff are top-notch. There are various surgical departments and an emergency room. You can immediately see the difference compared to Rome's public hospitals!
Having been treated for over a year in the oncology department. Also hospitalized in Ward 3 East, I can only say that I found the doctors, nurses, and all the healthcare staff extremely professional, always present, and with great empathy. A special thanks to Dr. Luciano Stumbo. 5 stars, well deserved.
I wanted to thank Dr. Gianluca Andrisani of the endoscopy department and the entire team for their professionalism, kindness, patient care, and empathy. I can't express how grateful I am for resolving a problem that had been ongoing since November. My experience was excellent.
The overall organization is good, but it's absurd to wait an entire hour for admission. Parking is paid!!!
Furthermore, the examination was performed by residents. I wonder where the registered doctors are and what I need to do to be examined by a doctor with some experience.
Terrible service for phone reservations. They made me wait 50 minutes, and I was 11th in line. That means there's only one extremely slow operator working. And after 50 minutes of waiting, it's your turn, and they hang up on you. Great professionals.
The phone numbers for the Campus' PRIVATE business don't answer! And when they finally answer, they put you on hold; and when you finally get to speak to someone, the line goes dead and you have to start over... unacceptable for a paid business...
A hospital of excellence, the waits are sometimes interminable, but it's worth it. I had shoulder surgery by Professor Longo, an exceptional person, with a team of highly trained and patient-focused doctors and nurses. Thank you for everything!
I wasn't familiar with this facility, but with my mother-in-law's experience, I was able to provide a review. My mother-in-law was admitted to the hospital urgently for a heart problem and had a pacemaker inserted. The post-surgery recovery …
My experience at this hospital was very positive; they are very organized, professional, and well-equipped. I had two ear surgeries for various reasons, but I must say I was treated very well. The staff was helpful as much as possible. If I …
I chose this facility because it was one of the few with special equipment to perform a specialized test (high-resolution esophageal manometry). For the modest sum of €170.00, I made an appointment and drove 200+200 km. After the test, they …
This morning (24/09/25) I went to the office where you request a photocopy of your medical records. At 9:00 I got my ticket (I had number 4). At 9:10 I was called, I handed over the ticket and my personal document, and unbelievably, at 9:20 …
Good evening, today I visited the Campus Bio Medico in Rome, which I find to be a good facility. Without specifying what I did, I'd just like to formally address two things I found unprofessional. First, the information about the room where …
They don't answer the phone, and the website never lists availability for NHS appointments, so I decide to go in person to the offices, which are only open in the morning. I took the number at 9:04 AM and was called at 12:21 PM. Basically, …
Brand new facility, well-organized, and fast CUP. Given the experience my family and I have had, 5 stars is too low. A heartfelt thank you to Dr. Russano, first and foremost, for his professionalism, presence, and the empathy he constantly …
A terrible experience from every perspective. I took my husband by private ambulance because he had no feeling in his legs and, more importantly, couldn't stand. The orthopedic doctor, whom we explained the matter to several times, ordered …
After two years of a horrible experience here, I feel compelled to write a review. Without going into too much detail—it's unnecessary—but between the emergency room and the intensive care unit, a loved one entered hell and never left. The …
I was operated on by Professor Altomare's team (senology) along with Dr. Brunetti's team (plastic surgery) because I tested positive for the BRCA2 gene. It took a very long operation (16 hours), and they literally saved my life. I can only …
If the concept of "patient care" also includes the efficiency of services, such as admission, I would have to give less than one star. Not being a doctor, I can't comment on the individual capabilities, but organizationally, it's certainly …
The Zero 0 West emergency medicine department of the Campus Bio Medico, where my husband was hospitalized, is rated Zero because it is unable to provide adequate care in any area, especially from the point of view of the patient's dignity. …
So I understand everything, I understand the state of emergency, but we need to be clear. If I come for a molecular swab test knowing it will be released within 48 hours, I expect a response. I believe we all have important things in life. …
It's easier to get a 6 in the SuperEnalotto than to get an appointment over the phone! I've been trying to call for days and I've been on hold for over half an hour! I can't believe a single operator hasn't been available in all that time! …
I've been trying to book an MRI and a DEXA scan for a long time. There's always something wrong with the My Hospital program on the website, or there's no availability. At the CUP, the voice says all the lines are busy, so book online, and …
The drama of the moment was lightened by the great empathy of Dr. Fabrizio Citarella, who also impressed me with his knowledge and professionalism. In general, in the oncology day hospital ward, where I've unfortunately been spending time …
My review doesn't refer to the facility or its staff, but rather to one of the nurses present today at the Campus Biomedico stand at the "Tennis & Friends" event. Out of frustration at feeling important, she preferred to play favorites in …
I wish a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to Professor Papalia and his fantastic team of medical assistants and nurses, especially Dr. Giorgio Albimonti, who cared for me with great efficiency, professionalism, and kindness throughout …
It's well known that the Campus Bio-Medico University Center in Rome is one of the most cutting-edge hospitals. Having personally needed their help, I realized that it far exceeded expectations. Starting with the emergency room, where the …
On September 19, 2025, I went to the Polyclinic for an initial eye exam, booked a few days earlier for 1:00 PM on an in-office basis. I was seen at 1:45 PM by a resident physician, Dr. Salerno. He performed what I presume to be a thorough …
I was hospitalized from September 20th to 26th at the Campus Biomedico, and I thank all the staff I met; from those in the Emergency Room to all the departments where clinical tests are performed or patients are admitted. A special thanks …
I've had surgery twice at this hospital, and I can say that some doctors are very good, while others are completely lacking in humanity. For post-op care, I found the inpatient wards to be highly professional, and the staff uses profanity …
Good morning, I usually go to this facility for checkups, but at my last visit, paid for with the €50.00 Tarraffica Amica (Friendly Tax), I noticed, once I was home, that the doctor hadn't signed my report with his name. I believe this is …
I ended up booking a mammogram with contrast, with a quick turnaround time and paying more than half the price charged at other facilities. Furthermore, online booking is very easy and intuitive for paid services, while for services with …
Following a checkup scheduled by the Lazio Region, I was referred to the Caus Bio-Medico University of Rome for descending colon surgery. The procedure was performed by Dr. Benedetto NERI and his staff. Imagine the tension I felt. When I …
I have to say, it was terrible. This morning I had an appointment for an MRI at 11:20 a.m. I arrived at 11:00 a.m. I checked in, paid €120, and went to the waiting room. After about 50 minutes of delay, they let me into the lab, and here …
Terrible experience for a urology outpatient appointment. Two "young" men who had just graduated didn't say anything about my strange incontinence problem, especially at night, but they sent me back for a gynecological appointment... but …
I accompanied my mother for pre-hospitalization and she fell into the internal waiting room. They left her on the ground for 10 minutes because they didn't have anything to lift her onto the bed. Furthermore, in the impact she suffered a …
I personally used the facility in the ENT department with the excellent Dr. Casale and Dr. Moffa (Polysomnography) and I found total disorganization in receiving both the report and in organizing the continuation of any therapies. I also …
I went to the emergency room today, January 26, 2024, for significant hypertension. The staff in triage and emergency medicine were excellent in the morning. Until the 1:00 PM shift change, when they "transferred" almost all of us to the …
With all the negative reviews, the Minister of Health and various politicians still aren't doing anything for this hospital. It would be appropriate to make it just a campus for students, and anyone who wants can be treated as a research …
Well yes in 2024, again, for certain specialist visits under the "friend" regime there is more than an hour of waiting to pay without the possibility of opting for more efficient systems, have you tried calling the reservation number... …
Good evening, today I went for a phoniatric consultation at Campus Biomedico and had the honor of being seen by the friendly and professional Dr. Maria Maddalena Colecchia. Together with Ms. Luccarelli Vitaliana, who supported her, they …
My name is Paola, and I have several medical conditions. After visiting many hospitals, even outside of Lazio, without a diagnosis, I arrived at the campus and I can only thank everyone, from the first to the last! They literally got me …
My worst experience at the Bionedica Campus was with Professor Maria Francisca Navajas Martínez, a nephrologist and internist. During the visit, I received no concrete explanation or helpful guidance. She simply took notes on what I was …
My family and I would like to thank all the staff in the geriatrics department, especially Dr. Ferrini, Dr. Arena, the emergency room staff, and the cardiac surgery department where Dad later left us. Doctors, but above all, people with …
Good morning everyone, I can't complain about the doctors, but the staff is pitiful. I've been asking for a paracetamol since 5:00 because I'm sick, it's 7:00 and no one shows up. I don't know if the other departments are like this, but …
A disappointing experience, as I needed to be admitted for several specific and urgent tests due to an operation, but they told me that hospitalization was not possible (I don't know why). Once they had performed the tests, they told me …
The facility is beautiful, and the competent doctors are great, but to get to the appointment, I need a way to book it. Aside from the switchboard not working because there are hours of waiting and then the line goes dead, I request an …

It goes without saying that the facility is wonderful, because it's a fact... the emergency room is amazing! Excellent patient care, spectacular kindness, they contacted me throughout my mother's journey there, never leaving me hanging …
It doesn't feel like a hospital. It's beautifully built... You don't get lost in the corridors like in other hospitals. The staff is excellent, with many young and experienced people. I had to have my saphenous vein removed, and I was …
The doctors are excellent, and the facility boasts high-tech features. Unfortunately, however, much of the work is outsourced to residents, who often prove inexperienced, lacking in humility, and inadequately trained to handle complex …

My experience with the Campus staff has been positive and satisfying in every way. From the pre-hospital visits, I appreciated the staff's kindness, organization, and competence. After my surgery, I appreciated the cleanliness of the …
I found the true doctors here, in a critical situation, in roles they shouldn't even have had, caring for a woman at the limits of her existence, with no hope of a true recovery. They did their utmost, along with the staff of nurses, …
I booked a dermatologist appointment to look at my moles. Two doctors, barely even graduates, examined me with their cell phone lights shining on every corner of my body. Who's to say they didn't also film with that phone? Absolutely …
The emergency room is absolutely to be avoided. The staff lacks any humanity or empathy for the patients. They consider an 80-year-old person useless to manage. The triage staff gave my mother a color without even seeing her, without …
Beautiful facility. Fine. The positives lie in the mere structural architecture and minimal innovations of this facility; otherwise, it's utter decay. The staff is inadequate; they can't even agree on surgery dates, let alone medical …
I can only say good things about him. I've been under the care of Professor Bruno Vincenzi since 2015; in recent years, I've seen more of the residents (I don't know if that's their official title), who are invaluable and helpful. Of …
I will never stop thanking them for the way they treated and cared for my father during radiotherapy, and now during the six-monthly visits. We entered full of fears and were guided with naturalness and humanity. Never change, please.
I was there for an orthopedic appointment, but due to a severe infection, I was forced to go to the emergency room. In addition to finding two highly qualified triage nurses, Pietro Savone and Fabio Valletta, I found excellence in …
The emergency room was a disgrace. We arrived at 5:25 a.m. At 8:00 a.m., my husband, who has cancer, was the only person left. We didn't know what time he'd be in. It should be noted that he's in a wheelchair with various issues. …
I went for some tests about a month ago, and everything went well (except that I waited an hour in line with everyone else, and was supposed to go to the Unisalute insurance office instead). Today, however, was a very unpleasant …
Terrible experience. My partner came in for surgery at 6:30 in the morning, without eating or drinking, left in her operating gown on a cot in the corridor, and operated on at 9:00 PM.
It was a form of violence, shameful.
A state-of-the-art facility with competent doctors. Equipped with a fast, efficient emergency room, with fast-track hearing aids. Easy to reach, just a few kilometers from the ring road exit, it has a large parking lot. …
I hope all good people never have to deal with the emergency room, with its terrible responsiveness (a nine-hour wait before being allowed out without being seen for a code blue for a man over 80) and overworked staff. …

It took me 3 hours to have a routine eye exam. 3 hours. I had an appointment at 10:15 a.m. and was seen at 12:30 p.m. After that, I had to wait another 40 minutes for the dilated exam.
I've been waiting an hour for an eye exam call... they called a later appointment than my time and when I asked for an explanation they didn't give me any... terrible experience so far
I was very impressed with the organization of the service provided to patients with great professionalism and patience. Furthermore, the cleaning of the common areas is very thorough.

A well-deserved appreciation to the endoscopy department and to Dr. Pandolfi, a gastroenterologist, attentive and empathetic.
Qualified and courteous staff. I had to wait an extra hour due to technical issues, but they handled it very well.
The assessment concerns the orthopedic clinic. Total neglect of a patient in a state of obvious need.
Incompetent is an understatement!!! Unrecognized perforated appendicitis, you deserve a report!!!
