I gave it 5 stars just for clarity, but I can't make an appointment online or by phone. I'm disabled and have chronic illnesses, so I can't leave my house. When I call the hospital, even the operator takes a long time to pick up, leaving me waiting for hours. How can I get an appointment? I haven't been able to get one for six months.
We went to the hospital at 7am and were forced to donate blood and leave at 11:30am. Everyone is an international doctor, they examine a patient for 25 minutes, their tea and coffee sessions are endless, there are 4 x-ray departments, only 2 of them are working, etc. etc. The management is bad, and the doctors are bad too.
Which hospital, who are you going to complain to? A patient who arrived by ambulance waited on a stretcher for an hour. The ambulance can't leave without delivering the patient, so the patient has been waiting in the emergency room for an hour. Then, when you call, they say there's no ambulance and you're on your own...
I had surgery at the Cardiovascular Surgery Department of Mersin University Hospital Faculty of Medicine. They are all wonderful people, working selflessly. I felt safe and secure. What does it mean to give an appointment in February when it's October? You can't be normal! This is unbelievable! I have eye problems and I have school, I'm asking for an appointment as soon as possible, and they're telling me they'll schedule it at the end of the first semester. You guys are driving me crazy!
I've been trying to make an appointment for days. I'm reaching the switchboard, but the department they're connecting to isn't possible. They don't answer. I ask the switchboard if there's no one there or if the phone is broken. They say no. If we can't get an appointment, what are they doing at the surgery?
There are 4 x-ray rooms. Only one of them is working. Even though I was an urgent patient, the queue took 1.5 hours, and then I went and complained about it. It turned out the others were just chilling out in the back. They said the results would come in half an hour, but I'm still waiting for 5 hours.
Our relative has been in an accident, we're on the road, nobody's with them, we're calling the hospital, and they've put a worthless excuse for a human being on the operator team who's only good at being rude to citizens; they can't even manage to give proper information... It's a shame, a real shame.
If I could give a 0, I would... The hospital is very dirty, the phones are never answered, you can't get an examination even if you pay because all the doctors are at a congress. If you can make an appointment, you wait for 3 hours because five people were given appointments at the same time.
Don't go there. The most ridiculous system I've ever seen. They took the 1st appointment to 3rd. Who came first? What do I understand? They are humiliating people for making appointments. I'm not happy with both the system and the doctor. In one word, it's beyond disgusting.
