If only i could give them a zero rating. Went to their ER after i got heavy chest and shortness of breath only to get more stress with their staffs. If i wouldn’t call them from time to time the doctor wouldn’t attend to me and my lab results immediately. And the behavior was like they didn’t have proper educational attainment.
It's a bit of a hassle at the laboratory, I have a request for urinalysis when I go to the laboratory I need to go to the 5th floor to get encoded then I get a number and wait to be called.. unlike before, I just show it at the lab counter then pay at the cashier.. it's really a hassle to go up to the 5th floor just to get encoded.
Not good! I was disappointed because the first time I came here for prenatal care, when I was more than 5 weeks pregnant, the doctor told me to come back in two weeks if there was no pain in the stomach, didn't check at all and told me to leave and pay 800p for the fee! amazing, in just a few minutes ask me! like stealing money
small clinic rooms, narrow hallways, broken elevators, not wheelchair user friendly. staff are rude unless given tips. so hard to make appointments since secretaries of the doctors do not respond to inquiries. website schedule is not updated also so you'll never really know when the doctor will be in.
I’m a Cocolife HMO cardholder, and I’d like to commend and recommend this hospital for its smooth and efficient process when it comes to consultations and laboratory procedures. My cardiologist, along with the entire staff, has been approachable, professional, and friendly throughout my visits.
Metropolitan's healthcare system would be okay but they charge you for things you didn't even get. We didn't get other things written on the bills, and the nurses in the ER are hard to call. The blood is backflowing in the IV line, no one is coming, and the nurse call system isn't working yet ? …
Not a top notch hospital in Metro Manila. Equipment are a little bit dated. Parking lot building ramp is terrible. You barely have enough room to maneuver a car through the ramp. You will regret it if you drive a big SUV to this hospital. Hospitalization cost here is also no reasonably priced.
As of the moment posting this, All THREE telephone lines are down, not a single emergency line as a backup AND the online service for the hospital isn't even remotely helpful. How do you expect people to inquire properly if ALL lines aren't working? You should invest in more telephone lines.
The Lobby is nice, but that's it. The ICU staffs and doctors are very noisy, and they bathe their patient at 2AM, when it is very cold. Also patients should never pass away on weekends, cos they would not allow to check out the body. Reason? No one in the accounting to file clearance
The facilities are quite old. It may be a hospital that is catching up with the likes of St. Lukes and Medical City recently, but being a neighborhood hospital to the people living around the area, the quality of service should still be maintained to keep the patients' trust.
