If only i could give them a zero rating. Went to their ER after i got heavy chest and shortness of breath only to get more stress with their staffs. If i wouldn’t call them from time to time the doctor wouldn’t attend to me and my lab results immediately. And the behavior was like they didn’t have proper educational attainment.

Lots of construction going on in UP Manila & PGH. I realize it is for the improvement of said establishments, but parking and passage for cars & people is extremely tight. Also water of unknown provenance and mud gather at the construction areas.
