If only i could give them a zero rating. Went to their ER after i got heavy chest and shortness of breath only to get more stress with their staffs. If i wouldn’t call them from time to time the doctor wouldn’t attend to me and my lab results immediately. And the behavior was like they didn’t have proper educational attainment.
It's a bit of a hassle at the laboratory, I have a request for urinalysis when I go to the laboratory I need to go to the 5th floor to get encoded then I get a number and wait to be called.. unlike before, I just show it at the lab counter then pay at the cashier.. it's really a hassle to go up to the 5th floor just to get encoded.
Not good! I was disappointed because the first time I came here for prenatal care, when I was more than 5 weeks pregnant, the doctor told me to come back in two weeks if there was no pain in the stomach, didn't check at all and told me to leave and pay 800p for the fee! amazing, in just a few minutes ask me! like stealing money
small clinic rooms, narrow hallways, broken elevators, not wheelchair user friendly. staff are rude unless given tips. so hard to make appointments since secretaries of the doctors do not respond to inquiries. website schedule is not updated also so you'll never really know when the doctor will be in.
I’m a Cocolife HMO cardholder, and I’d like to commend and recommend this hospital for its smooth and efficient process when it comes to consultations and laboratory procedures. My cardiologist, along with the entire staff, has been approachable, professional, and friendly throughout my visits.
Metropolitan's healthcare system would be okay but they charge you for things you didn't even get. We didn't get other things written on the bills, and the nurses in the ER are hard to call. The blood is backflowing in the IV line, no one is coming, and the nurse call system isn't working yet ? …
Not a top notch hospital in Metro Manila. Equipment are a little bit dated. Parking lot building ramp is terrible. You barely have enough room to maneuver a car through the ramp. You will regret it if you drive a big SUV to this hospital. Hospitalization cost here is also no reasonably priced.
As of the moment posting this, All THREE telephone lines are down, not a single emergency line as a backup AND the online service for the hospital isn't even remotely helpful. How do you expect people to inquire properly if ALL lines aren't working? You should invest in more telephone lines.
The Lobby is nice, but that's it. The ICU staffs and doctors are very noisy, and they bathe their patient at 2AM, when it is very cold. Also patients should never pass away on weekends, cos they would not allow to check out the body. Reason? No one in the accounting to file clearance
The facilities are quite old. It may be a hospital that is catching up with the likes of St. Lukes and Medical City recently, but being a neighborhood hospital to the people living around the area, the quality of service should still be maintained to keep the patients' trust.
Might be a little pricey for some but all that the patients need is well provided aside from the skilled licensed Doctors and Nurses executions of their best medical practices. It can be accessed through Jose Abad Santos Avenue Corner Mayhaligue St and through Masangkay St.
Hospital is really really bad, power outage, broken elevators, room are small and dirty, air conditioning is not cold, very narrow foothpath, the list goes on. Can be mistaken as a public hospital. Some of the nurses are nice and some have no care attitude.
I was confined for Tonsillectomy, I was really glad to be assisted by Mr. Ding Caber in admitting dept. He was very friendly and accomodating. He even assisted us to our room because there was no one to assist maybe because it was late at night. Good Job!!!
WORST HOSPITAL for EMERGENCY SITUATIONS. I saw that my mother had a lot of blood, they couldn't take care of us and they said they still needed to fill out a form. The patient was going to die, they didn't care at all. This hospital should be closed now.
My mother was confined for covid for 3 weeks. I would get threatening messages to top up my deposit with 24 hours or my mother won't be given her medication and food! Even to the last day before her discharge, I was warned to again put in …
The hospital that looks like money. The treatment here seems prepaid. Deposit required, if your deposit is consumed while you are confined, you will be harassed to add more, otherwise, they will stop giving medicine. We can't do anything if …

Many of the doctors at the hospital are of Chinese descent and speak Mandarin, and given the presence of Chinese signs, it's likely that many Chinese patients come here. Here's my personal experience: doctors generally require appointments, …

Our ER visit was an 8-hour nightmare with zero sense of urgency from staff. We constantly had to follow up just to get updates. Multiple personnel asked intrusive questions completely unrelated to the patient's condition. Looking back, this …

Went to Metropolitan ER. Was given medicine on nausea and was prescribed meds for headache and... allergy? (Benadryl which is said to make me sleep since my heart rate is at 110 to 120s and I should just sleep it off, apparently). Got sent …
YOUR EMERGENCY IS TOO LONG! THAT'S WHY WE WENT TO SOMEONE WE KNOW BEST OKAY BUT IT'S NOT POINTLESS!! YOU WILL DIE FIRST BEFORE YOU ARE TAKEN CARE OF, THE NURSES ARE JUST GOSSIPING. YOU WILL BE WASTING YOUR TIME ON THE POINTLESS THINGS THEY DO.
WORST HOSPITAL EVER, YOU WILL DIE HERE BECAUSE THEY WILL NOT TAKE CARE OF YOU IMMEDIATELY THEY WILL QUICKLY PASS ON PAYMENT, THEN THEY WILL MAKE YOU WAIT WHEN THE HMO IS PLACED, YOU WILL BE FORCED TO CASH OUT, BECAUSE THAT'S WHAT THEY WANT …
This was once a trusted hospital. Not anymore. Some nurses who were there when my mom was in the ER were so rowdy, noisy, annoying and arrogant, no compassion, brutal, never minding that some people in pain needed serenity. No respect for …
In emergency area, there were 3 staffs who approached us and asked us three times what was happening to the patient. Should the doctors/nurses be recording what has been shared and discussed already? Also, chief complaint wasn't treated. …

The worst hospital I have been to. If you can go to other hospitals, just opt to do so. I don't recommend coming here. Bad service, unfriendly staff, super expensive hospital, not allowing the patient to get a copy or see the results. If …

This has been our go to hospital for our check-ups and other concerns for years as this is the nearest from our house. The pieces of equipment and facilities are relatively old. Consultations take forever to finish as doctors are always …
If it's an emergency, don't go to the ER. The people who work there are so chill that you think it's not an emergency, then every time you go there's a 2k charge. It's okay to charge like that if you see the employees have an urgency to …
Hospital: The hospital had been around :) the facilities are a bit old (90ish vibe), but are comfortable. Based on my hospital confinement a few years ago, it was adequate (only part I didn't like was the layer of plastic on the bed but …
Being born here in this hospital, such a disappointment. For the past 30 plus years, still no improvement. Old school handling of paperworks as if no technology exist. Tama mga reviews dito, no flow of order. Such inconvenient hospital. …
If we weren't able to tranfer to another hospital we could've died. We stayed in the hallway of the emergency room for 14 hours, from 15:00 to 5:00 the next morning. We were moved to a tent where it was so hot and our bed wasn't even a …

Dr. Nanneth Tiu is no longer accredited at Cocolife but it is not updated on the website and the clinic hours are also wrong because it says it will arrive at 1pm. Then his secretary is very rude, he says that he is an ugly mother.
one of the worst hospitals in manila, the process is very confusing, the doctors and nurses are also incompetent. The doctors and hospitals look like they want money, they will not treat you here then there are hidden charges.
THE SERVICE IS VERY SLOW, knowing that you are already in the ER and what you really went for was a CT Scan, it seems like they deliberately made you arrive at 5PM TO PAY AN additional 2,500 for “STAT-fee” …
Great hospital in terms of health care and quality of Health professionals. it has decent restaurants located at the ground level. the only downside of this location is that it has limited parking spaces.
Not recommended. Quite the old school hospital where doctor's are casually late for 2 hours. Parking is horrendous. And the fees are very high. If you have the choice, choose a different hospital.
Poor service and the worse medical experience I've ever experienced.
Your money rather than your health is their concern.
If you have no money, don't come here.go to public hospital or clinic. …
Just read the horror experience other went through this hospital. Its like that in real life but a lot worse. Haist. If you want to die because they refuse for the care and medication. Go here.

Uncaring and arrogant personnel. Been here in USA for six months now, never yet encountered such people. Not going back to this hospital I'n manila Chinatown again!
Based on my experience, most of the personnel are approachable and willing to assist. They might not be perfect but for me I would still recommend this hospital.
all i can say is nothing is important than health. the emergency is just a sign, not that emergency really. wait for almost 6hrs before the doctors come......
No urgency in the ER almost 4 hrs before IV was put in. To think we were still in pediatrics. It wasn't full, only 2 patients. Never again with this hospital
Doctors are always late! Knowing their patients queue and no senior/priority lane! These people could contract Covid-19 while waiting for several hours! …

They do not offer animal bite! Maxicare not supported. Went to ER,was advised to go to UST.
Great hospital and good professionals (this is coming from someone who hates hospitals).
Convenient and accessible. Houses medical experts and professionals. Service is good!
Good hospital. Kind and attentive doctors, nurses and aides. Good location also.
The refund is such a hassle because we were discharged last year in March 2021.
