They sell the Programming degree to you as Silicon Valley with a phenomenal, up-to-date curriculum and hands-on labs. But when you actually get there, it's like a Chinese internet café with broken computers and professors nearing retirement teaching with 1993 C manuals... five classes explaining printf(). A terrible university.
Good afternoon, I'm posting this to warn those who want to enroll in this "university." At first, they tell you all kinds of things to convince you... but then they never send me anything by email. Poor management. I expected more from the university. Reading the other comments, I see I'm not the only one this has happened to...
A disaster, enrolling is a nightmare, they make life impossible for students, they don't help or simplify things, all they care about is billing and stealing 70,000 a month from you, they're a disgrace, they don't give a damn about the students, they exploit foreigners, a real disaster, DO NOT CHOOSE THIS FACULTY, it's a farce
They don't answer through any channel, and if they do, it's rude. We had to take our final nursing degree exam via Zoom, and they left us waiting; the meeting never even started. We feel scammed; the organization is a disaster. I know people from previous graduating classes who had to wait over a year to receive their degrees.
I was so grateful to be studying at this university. I did everything I could to enroll until today, when I called to ask for the information they hadn't given me by email. The receptionist hung up on me after I asked her name. When it comes to paying, everyone is very helpful, but afterward, the student reception is terrible.
It's a regular university... There are many services they still don't have, for example, a bar of their own for students and people who attend the university for any reason; in the postgraduate dentistry programs they only attend once a month and if you have a pain or some problem you have to put up with it until next month.
They're scammers. They don't provide the necessary support. The student services and campus administration staff are rude to everyone and treat all students like garbage. Besides, they're much more interested in money than teaching. Don't even think about going near them. I have many years of experience. They ruined my life.
Honestly, it's a university I wouldn't recommend. Many of the classrooms are storage rooms/garages, there's no security so anyone can come and go, there's a low wall that anyone can jump over, the bathrooms are very dirty, and the exchange program is a complete disaster. The advice from this university is terrible. Regards.
The best university, I have to say, because it shapes you not only academically but also as a person. What I would like is for the University to take better care of its graduates, keeping them in mind by inviting them to courses, events, and postgraduate programs, and giving them something extra for having chosen them.
The customer service is terrible. I completed a virtual diploma from the university in 2021, and I'm still waiting for them to PLEASE send me the transcript and clarify where and when I can go to pick up my diploma. They're passing the buck, and NO ONE deigns to process the diploma I paid for, and it's quite expensive.
