Good afternoon, I'm posting this to warn those who want to enroll in this "university." At first, they tell you all kinds of things to convince you... but then they never send me anything by email. Poor management. I expected more from the university. Reading the other comments, I see I'm not the only one this has happened to...
They're scammers. They don't provide the necessary support. The student services and campus administration staff are rude to everyone and treat all students like garbage. Besides, they're much more interested in money than teaching. Don't even think about going near them. I have many years of experience. They ruined my life.
The customer service is terrible. I completed a virtual diploma from the university in 2021, and I'm still waiting for them to PLEASE send me the transcript and clarify where and when I can go to pick up my diploma. They're passing the buck, and NO ONE deigns to process the diploma I paid for, and it's quite expensive.
It's extremely difficult to communicate with the administration. I'm a student, and unless you go in person to ask a question, the student support channels—email, phone, and online chat—are completely unresponsive, especially on WhatsApp. This is extremely important for students, and they need to improve.
Two weeks ago, I tried to reach them. I used Bedelia's chat, but they didn't answer. I sent them WhatsApp, but they didn't respond. I tried calling them as a last resort, but they cut me off. They keep increasing your fee, and their communication channels are getting worse and worse. Get to work.
A faculty that separates foreigners from Argentinians. They have quotas for foreigners because they don't care how many people are interested in studying there, only their nationality! I know this because I have photos of the conversation when I asked for information about the medical program.
I'm looking into enrolling my daughter in a technical program. I came here to read the comments, and some are quite discouraging, mostly due to the treatment I received from the administrative staff. I hope UAI has resolved the issue, although I see the comments are only a few months old.
I'm a student at the Rosario campus. I'm about to begin my third year of a degree in psychopedagogy. They really have excellent professors and academic standards. Bedelia always responded to my concerns, as did the program director. It's a wonderful experience I'm going through.
Very good faculty, pleasant atmosphere, clean and modern. Comfortable classrooms and high-quality professors. The staff is friendly and cooperative in every situation. The marketing program is very well-organized. There are specialized programs of a good standard. Recommended.
It's a disgrace! Stop playing games with the students, changing their classes and removing them from their subjects as they please! They're manipulating them. Some of the kids work. But they're happy to collect the tuition; you shouldn't treat the kids like this.
I requested the tuition and registration amounts, but they never gave me the details. They sent me the same information as the website and asked if I wanted to register. Obviously, I'm not going to register for a program for which they don't tell me the amounts.
It's incredible that in 2025, they're still forcing people to enroll in face-to-face classes... Not even at the University of Buenos Aires. Terrible organization, as always. You pay to make these things easier, but it ends up being the opposite. Disaster.
The administrative process was a bit chaotic overall. I applied for a spot in the evening classes. They ended up enrolling me in the afternoon shift, but my exams are in the morning. So I had to quit my job to fit in with the university's schedule.
I'm currently pursuing a postgraduate degree. The classrooms are very comfortable and well-equipped. The teaching staff is excellent. There were some correctable errors during the first semester, but I hope they improve for the rest of the course.
