The reception service at the front desk was terrible; the young woman was rude, apathetic, and constantly complaining to her colleague. However, the service from Dr. Ludmila was perfect. She's an excellent doctor with a human touch, and her service definitely improved the bad experience I had at the front desk by 100%.
It's difficult to locate the specialized consultations area, which the SUS (Brazilian public healthcare system) refers patients to. It ends up being far from the entrance where the taxis drop us off. They should put up signage, especially for people with reduced mobility. Otherwise, it's an excellent university!
I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the telephone service of the Eye Institute, number 32487450. I have been calling since noon, more than 15 times, and no one answers. If you're not going to answer, hang up! It's a lack of respect for patients. I need information and there's no one to turn to?
Excellent service. I loved the service from Dr. Felipe Matheus's team, however I have been waiting for them to call me to schedule a follow-up appointment since April 2023, and when I call the number 25365656 that is on Google, nobody answers to give information, and the other number is for students.
I have never seen such poor service (finance department). I waited an hour and a half and still had to come back later just to pay an overdue installment and re-enroll. I had to plead with the attendant who kept pretending to do something but did nothing to resolve the issue quickly. SHAMEFUL.
A very beautiful and welcoming place. It has a gym, a multi-sports court, a veterinary hospital with cows, a donkey, and a goat that loves to be petted, so if you go there, pet the goat, but be warned, it smells a little and you'll have to wash your hands, haha, but it's nice so it's worth it.
I wouldn't recommend this to anyone. I enrolled because of a 55% scholarship offer that never materialized. They told me to pay the full amount for a refund. They don't acknowledge it. They overcharged me. When it came time to admit it, they didn't. This college is a huge scam.
Terrible college for working and studying students, extremely elitist. If you transfer, as was my case, you have to pay the full tuition fee, some classes start during business hours, and some professors don't like it when you question these institutional situations.
My experience with the service at the Institute of Medical Sciences was excellent, from scheduling the appointment, the waiting time, and the consultation itself was great. The doctor, Dr. Lysla Cardoso, was very attentive, explaining the procedures in detail.
I really liked the way I was treated, from the reception to the doctor.
The receptionists are polite and know how to provide the requested information. The students who provide assistance before the doctor are very attentive, and the doctor was wonderful.
