I arrived for treatment, there is limited space for parking ambulances, and patients waiting for treatment wait for a long time in the stairwell corridor. The treatment process and the helpfulness of the staff are impeccable. The wifi signal strength is so weak that the sound of the videos is incomprehensible and unenjoyable.
I am satisfied! I had doubts when checking in at the reception, but the building, the clinics are clean, the doctors and healthcare workers are very kind, thorough and everything goes quickly and smoothly. I didn't have to wait long, I received proper information about the treatment process and all my questions were answered.
I was vaccinated today for the first dose. The staff is helpful and polite. The soldiers help the elderly a lot. The only problem was that instead of the referral from the family doctor, I had to fill out a new one, which was not easy with my fogged-up glasses. I had everything in an hour! Everything was very well organized!
Poor education and very bad English . Lecturers stutter way too many times during lecture and it confuses the students. There’s no good resources , professors and faculty are not helpful. I do not recommended this university. The university website and YouTube publications is not real. Just don’t apply here .
I was at the eye clinic. Before it opens at 7 am, there are a lot of people standing in front of the entrance on the street. If you want to finish relatively early, in the morning, you should arrive at 6-7 am, but preferably not long after 6, and wait in line, because there are a lot of people.

Only positive experience. I had to spend 3 days at the 1st Surgical Clinic. Everything happened as previously agreed. I am grateful to the staff for their thorough and dedicated work! I had no reason to complain. But, as I have already noted several times, we are not all the same! ?? …
I tried to make an appointment for urology. They say you can call them from 3/4 2 to 3/4 3. During that hour, the phone is on hold. They can't be reached. No email, no callback option. Very bad attitude from such a famous university. If there was a minus rating, I would give it that.
Orthopedics: very kind doctors struggle with a lot of patients. But they don't give up, and they are just as patient with the last patient as with the first. Everyone should bring a small snack, cold food, and expect to wait at least 4 hours. We are talking about a regional facility.
Unfortunately, I had to have surgery on my eyes. Hats off to the Dr. who performed the procedure. He is professional and kind, thanks to him I can see fully! And of course I can say the same about the dedicated work of the assistants and nurses during the operation! Thank you ?? …
