Terrible customer service. They're the kind of people who, if something goes wrong, instead of explaining it to everyone or sending a report about the problem, just ignore calls, hang up, or leave the call on read. It's a terrible experience every quarter when I have to deal with any administrative aspect.
Terrible service. I wanted to freeze a course due to a personal problem, and they told me I had to freeze it the same day classes started. Now, for personal reasons, I've had to lose more than 100,000 colones, which makes no sense, and they never tell you this when you register. Basically, they scam you.
Terrible customer service. I enrolled in a microcertification that was never offered. They took five months to process the refund, and to top it all off, they only refund by check, which you have to pick up in person. A university like something from prehistory. The worst thing that could exist.
I felt very comfortable. The guards are very nice people, ready to help if you need it. The buildings are very comfortable and beautiful, and the green areas are very well maintained. We went to get the second dose of Pfizer vaccine. Everything was very clean and tidy, and well signposted.
A very good university. Its professors are excellent, as are its facilities. I graduated from the International University of the Americas, and now my daughter is studying here. The university brings back fond memories.

Don't study there. Neither the program director nor the rector can solve the problems of administrative incompetence for students. I've been waiting six months for a simple answer, and it's delaying my thesis. My advice: look for an option with more professional and dedicated staff.

Ten business days ago, I made the deposit and submitted the requested documents for a transcript. They haven't responded with clear and concise information about what happened with the process. I still need to speak with the consumer protection office.
