The hourly rate is exorbitant, and the transportation service is undeniably the worst. There's no professionalism or respect whatsoever. A public service like this should, by definition, provide a good transportation service compared to other institutions.

There are no public facilities. The staff treat you like a slave. You call the university number and no one answers. They have employees who just sit at their desks. Thank God I graduated from there, and I don't recommend anyone enroll.
