The campus's location is privileged. However, its infrastructure requires urgent maintenance and investment. Regarding the quality of the education provided, there's no need to even mention it (I'm speaking generally about UVM's educational system; prices have been rising inversely proportional to the quality of the education offered).
Terrible service. You ask for information and they don't provide it. They just tell you they'll transfer you to an executive and then they don't send anything. They don't answer calls and they give you other times to go to the campus. Once you're there, they're rude. Technically, you have to beg them. Terrible.
I like the university, especially the environment. My degree in Communication Sciences has excellent facilities, although it does have its details, such as the parking lot and several of the buildings that at least now they are worrying about fixing, and you can see the interest in their students.
They never answer in CAE since the pandemic began. It is Chaos to communicate, brands and all the time the answering machines at any extension, everything by mail and they take days to answer when there are procedures that require urgency, but to demand payment and surcharges they do not fail.
Unfortunately, their sales system is a complete failure; they provide incorrect information. I signed up for the online system for obvious reasons; I couldn't go in person, and they never mentioned that there were classes on campus. I unsubscribed, and now the phone harassment is unbearable.
I traveled from SLP because I have a job at that campus. Even though I had already sent my vehicle information, they made me wait 20 minutes to gain access. They were incredibly rude to me, truly awful. This was at booth 3; they took a photo of my INE (National Institute of Statistics).
The worst university I've ever been to. They charge you and don't give you your money back. The staff is incredibly inefficient and rude. Do yourselves a favor and don't study there. It's the worst experience I've ever had and probably the worst I'll ever have.
I RECOMMEND YOU GO TO ANOTHER UNIVERSITY. Terrible customer service. They never answer. They treat you as if they were doing you a favor by serving you. They constantly give you the cold shoulder. I've wanted to unsubscribe, but they never respond to follow up.
It can't be that it's been two years since I dropped out of the pre-medical course and they're still harassing me with calls ? The medical coordinator didn't even care or ask why I dropped out. I'm even studying something else at another university now ? …
The WORST school in the country, I swear. Some programs are very NEGLECTED. They send you schedules the same day you start class, and they give you the wrong classes, then they change your schedule weeks after you start... I've been without …
Five years ago, I tried to enroll in a diploma program and paid the registration fee. Later, I changed my mind and didn't start. I dropped out, and they didn't refund my registration fee... okay. But five years later, they want to charge me …
UVM has building maintenance problems; Civil Protection has declared the buildings unsafe. The high school program is being held in borrowed facilities, and not all classes are being offered, yet they still charge full tuition. They have no …
Very disappointed: first, when you enroll, they tell you that you'll receive a scholarship based on your GPA. You enter with an 8.5, so they offer you a 25% scholarship (it's the hook to get you to enroll). So you struggle for two semesters …
Terrible in terms of school services and attention to their students. They signed and stamped a fee sheet for me and then tried to overcharge me, claiming it was my fault for not reviewing a paper that they themselves stamped. Thanks to all …
Before the pandemic I was fine, but now they have failed me too much, not only with their systems, their teachers and assistants are very bad, I can't believe the fact that they don't trust you when you upload the evidence of what was said, …
Terrible service ?, never ever request information online. They ask for your email and phone number to send you information, and it turns out they don't have the degree program I was looking for. They keep calling me every single day, 15 to …
I visited the facility for information, and because I had a vape in my hand, I was treated as if I were planning an attack. I'm very sorry that the woman in charge of security at the entrance doesn't enjoy her job, but that's not the fault …
On the academic side, I consider that they boast more and the truth is that the price of this school is comparable to Tec, so why go to UVM if with that money it is better to go to Tec. In fact, UAQ has a better level than UVM and is public.
Horrible! The guards are super ugly people, they treat you badly and are super arrogant, I lost a wallet and they put obstacles in your way, you send the letter they ask for so they can check the cameras and they never give you a solution, …
I just learned that the principal is promoting the euthanization of the cats living in the facility! The law against animal abuse must be enforced! We demand that the principal clarify this situation and guarantee the safety of the felines!
1 month ago I completed the registration process, I paid I think 1900 to enter, all of this was done online, but unfortunately I had unforeseen events, so I told the advisor PAOLA MENDOZA who was assisting me the day after I completed the …
As a customer, I find it completely disrespectful that your establishment employs people with vulgar and unprofessional behavior. Alejandra Yeraldi Barajas was the one who helped me register, and later she appeared on my Instagram profile …
I absolutely do not recommend going to ask for information if you're not going to enroll your child. Because they start harassing you by phone and WhatsApp; no matter how many times you tell them you won't be enrolling at the moment, they …
Unfortunately, both the Mexico City and Querétaro branches have the worst reviews regarding their processes. And the only response they give is, "We're working on it." If you're lucky. It's a shame that all universities are so corrupt in …
Honestly, if you're thinking of enrolling your children there, think twice before doing so. First of all, they cram 40 students into a classroom where the teachers never turn on the air conditioning and it smells terrible. Students bring …
As others have mentioned, if you're looking for a scholarship or discount, this school is NOT an option. You're only in the second month of the semester, you haven't received your grades yet, you're not even halfway through the semester, …
I've been trying to get help from the Graduation and Community Service offices to graduate since November 2020. I've spent months begging them to follow up. The response I get from the switchboard, from whoever answers the calls, is that …
Once again, with news on this campus, they can't resolve minor issues or respond to situations that are entirely within their jurisdiction. They're always pushing problems from department to department and can't solve anything. When they …
Terrible service. I'm an online graduate student, and when you call the Gamos CAE (Student Support Center) for information, they never answer. I've made up to 50 calls over three different days, and they still haven't answered. Now, with …
If you plan to sign up, don't do it, they insist on signing up and when you do, your advisor stops responding. In my case it was Aldo Israel. He didn't answer messages and rejected calls. They don't give you your schedule until the night …
Thanks to all the comments from students and parents, I've decided to change my mind about enrolling my daughter in this school. I took notes on all the shortcomings to raise awareness, and there are so many that I believe they can't be …
One of the worst universities. Their logistics and administrative processes are among the most outdated I've ever seen. If you're thinking of enrolling at UVM Queretaro in the health sciences, DON'T. They take two weeks to give you your …
They're incompetent; I don't know if it's laziness or if they just don't like their jobs. They treat you reluctantly and aren't clear with information. It takes them weeks, even months, to resolve anything, but they're very quick to add …
The worst experience I've ever had. The organization at the Student Services Center (CAE) and the cashier's office is terrible. At first, they tell you to enroll and offer a great scholarship deal, but the reality is that over time they …
I've been harassed by phone. I'm going to file a lawsuit against the director. I've been receiving calls all day, every day, for several months. They won't leave me alone even though I only wanted information. They keep harassing me by …
First, when they try to sell you money, they tell you all kinds of things to get you to enroll, things they never deliver, and they excuse themselves with "what they told you is wrong." The administration is very poorly organized; they …
I hope that, with this review, someone will really think twice before enrolling their child in this school. I originally went to another school, but about a year ago they sent me to UVM for six months as punishment, and in that time I …
I gave it one star, but it really doesn't deserve anything. I enrolled my son and then decided he wouldn't go there. I started the withdrawal process to do things right, but it turns out they're putting you in a bind. They make you go …
I've never been able to get through on the phone numbers listed in the directory or the main phone line; they simply don't answer! Either they're having problems with their switchboard, or the people who work at the cashiers, student …
Good day, I had a bad experience requesting information about my enrollment and your programs. It's no surprise that as students we look for the best option for each situation, especially if we're working. In my case, I chose another …
When we were looking for university options in Querétaro for my daughter, this was one of the three we considered. We had good recommendations from people we knew, however, when we researched the university on Google, we read several …
Hello, I'm writing to share my experience with UVM Qro Juriquilla campus.
In February, I enrolled my daughter in high school, and a month before starting classes (six months after enrolling), they emailed me stating that they would …
I've heard it's a really good school. My uncle studied there for a while during his high school years, and he never complained; he always spoke very highly of the school and said he loved it. And today I discovered that you have a …
Today we went to ask for information about a bachelor's degree program and were assisted by the young Israeli man. Terrible service, poor attention, he didn't understand our requirements, and we had to go around to speak with an …
It's a "so-so" prestigious institution. It has a poor academic environment and facilities that are unfit for everyday use. The minority of teachers are highly qualified, but they have unpunctual teachers (who are the majority). …
Honestly, if you want to get into a school where you're treated poorly and almost have to beg for documents or your classes, this is your option.
Very poor service at the CAE (Center for Education and Training). Their machine …
A highly prestigious institution. At the forefront of student development. Excellent international exchange programs. Excellent educational options. Good scholarship rates for academically and athletically talented students.
It's a shame that more attention isn't paid to the University's image. During my son's time there were several issues in this regard. I would like to see an ongoing maintenance plan to make the institution more attractive.
I wanted information about the university, and now they're calling me day and night. They easily call me about 10 times a day, even though I decline. I've been very friendly, but I'm getting tired of it. They're stalkers!
It's a very good school, however, there are too many administrative issues that are beyond the control of many people. I'm a seventh-semester communications student, feel free to message me with any questions haha ???? …
Terrible service from UVM. There were problems with Uni buildings, and they moved the prep school to another campus.
They don't know how to handle situations. Don't enroll here; a government-run school is better.
I requested information over a year ago, and to this day they continue to call me more than 15 times a day. Please understand that when you reject their academic offer, this is a level of telephone harassment.
The service was terrible, they're disorganized, nobody can tell you anything, and we came for information! I can only imagine what it's like later. We left with a really bad impression and we won't be back.
They're shameless. Once you pay, they forget everything. You have to constantly pester them just to get your schedule back, and then they change it at the last minute. Unprofessional and unprofessional.
I understand that the university is closing its permanent locations nationwide. If you request information or enroll in a program, they will be calling you every day, all day long. It's your decision.
It's horrible, it's the worst school, it has bad administration, the teachers and staff treat you badly, they take 10,000 from you that aren't worth it, etc., etc., but the truth is it's horrible ? …
The DAILY phone harassment is incredible. They call more than 7 times a day. I'm not interested after reading the comments users have left. I wish they would delete my number and stop bothering me.
The cash registers have always been a problem, just for two, I don't know how many students are enrolled at this university, very bad and the call service is terrible, no one ever answers.
They lure you in with a 60% scholarship for a "limited time," you enroll, and then they treat you horribly!
I haven't even started classes and I'm already thinking about dropping out. …
They constantly make calls to enroll you in some kind of study program outside of work hours, and even though you tell them you're not interested, they keep insisting with more calls.
Highly recommended for high school level, in both the traditional and bicultural programs, especially recommended for those interested in business administration and management
Terrible service, we have had problems with the graduation process and photo package for 1 year and they do not resolve anything, there was no refund or response of any kind.
I study graphic design, and I swear I won't enroll no matter what! The facilities are horrible, and the payment system doesn't work.
Their motto... Got money? Come on in. …
UVM and its "values" of always putting the student at the center is a lie. My education is suffering due to its lack of commitment. It's terrible service as a company. …
The worst thing they could do.
The administrative side is terrible; they make you jump through hoops for paperwork and nothing gets resolved. Way too much bureaucracy. …
Horrible
I enrolled online, taking advantage of a scholarship, but it turns out that for the second semester, I paid what the scholarship was supposed to be, and they …
Yet another bad review.
If you're looking for a university, please never consider UVM.
1. When you enroll, everything is fine until they give you your schedule, which …
The school is good!! The teachers are like everywhere... There are excellent teachers...
AWFUL SERVICE AT SCHOOL INSPECTION... THEY IGNORE THE STUDENTS... THEY TREAT …
Don't even think about giving your phone number when they ask for information. Years can go by and they'll still be talking to you for literally years!!!
How annoying!
The truth is, I want to send my son to a university in Querétaro. UVM is intriguing, but I see a large percentage of very negative reviews. I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO :(
The facilities are good, however, the buildings are "poorly done" economically. It's not expensive, but it's not that cheap either. The service isn't that good.
It's a good university with all the services available for successful learning: a library, Wi-Fi, open spaces, and well-equipped classrooms and laboratories.
It is a great educational institution, they have improved the campus this past year, and they have high levels of excellence, ranking first in EGEL medals.
This school leaves much to be desired at both the high school and university levels; the school services are terrible and they can never resolve anything.
They stole my money, told me the classes would be in person, then sent me online, and didn't even bother to notify me until I showed up at the university.
Terrible facilities, terrible service, terrible student support. The cost and the education provided are completely inconsistent. Not at all recommended.
A great educational institution, with high levels of excellence and ranked first in EGEL medals. It also promotes innovative and cutting-edge research.
Although it is still closed due to the pandemic, it looks very clean and tidy; very good work by the people who work in the maintenance of the school.
Terrible customer service, poor organization, and frankly, very expensive for what they offer. They shirk their responsibilities and pass the buck. …
Good teachers, but the school's administrative system is a mess. It seems they're trying to harm students with scholarships instead of helping them.
Good programs, only if you have a scholarship and keep it. Tuition is high. The environment depends on who you associate with. Very good teachers.
I've been quite polite and respectful, but they easily call me 5 times a day, 7 days a week. How can I stop them from calling me? It's harassment.
Terrible!!!! I don't recommend it at all. Poor educational standards and overpriced for what they offer. Our experience with them was terrible.
Very bad experience with their administrative service. They had lost the student's official documents.
They never answer the phones. …
Good and well-maintained facilities, very helpful staff, location a bit far from the city of Queretaro and with traffic a nightmare.
When you call, the recorder tells you that option 00 will answer someone, but no one ever answers. Option 4 doesn't answer either. …
If you call, they never answer; terrible phone service, poor management. They need a good campus rector to solve these problems.
Excellent facilities, study system, personalized attention. Reasonable prices. Great opportunities for students and graduates.
Good afternoon, I just wanted to share that the level of harassment they use against people who ask questions is astounding. …
I dropped out because of the terrible service from their program coordinators.
Now I'm at a better university ??. …
In some degree programs, they don't take their students to the area where they're supposed to be working. ????? …
The university's quality is good. I'm a psychology graduate, and like any university, it has some shortcomings. …
TERRIBLE AND WHAT FOLLOWS TELEPHONE SERVICE IN ALL AREAS NO ONE ANSWERS AND IF THEY ANSWER THEN THEY HANG UP.:(
It's impossible that there are only two open registers for re-registration fees. And the service is very slow.
It's unacceptable that they give a price at the beginning and then don't honor that price after the semester.
The parking lot is always full and there are no spaces available, but the facility is decent.
The way they talk to you to offer their master's degrees is harassing; it's really annoying.
I studied Industrial Design, good teachers, good facilities especially for the Design area.
Has anyone studied Psychology in an executive program? What was your experience like?
Bad university, they also leave their alarm on with errors and they dream all night
Excellent University, I studied here and have achieved very good opportunities
Very bad food, I ordered one thing and they gave me something else ??????? …
Good facilities and ample parking. The service seems very professional.
Excellent university, good teachers, and a great academic environment.
The people at the reception are very friendly.
Excellent facilities
Top-notch teachers
We close at 10:00 pm on Tuesdays :((
It's generally good
