My nephew had a fracture.His operation was done at Aga Khan Hospital, and I am very satisfied with the treatment. The doctors are highly professional, and the staff is extremely caring and supportive. The quality of care is excellent, although the hospital is a bit expensive. Overall, it was a very good and reliable experience.
Worst experience ever for the very first time in AKU, just for changing the dressing they made a lot of patients wait for not a lot but a few freaking hours, the nursing staff was rude, which was not expected in AKU!!! Their nurses in surgical clinic have time to chit chat in procedure room but they don’t time for patients!!
It is an excellent and modern hospital which is run without profit. The profit earned from the hospital is spent on the hospital and the patients. The treatment is good and expensive but unlike other hospitals the patient is not bothered to advance before the treatment. Welfare facilities are provided to the needy patients.
Very disappointed with their help line. I talked to them for like more than 8 minutes. And talked to about 5 persons. Each of them referred me to PGMI section but still I couldn't talk to respective department in the end. First impression is last impression. If this is the training of their help line staff.......
The Aga Khan University and Hospital is becoming more and more like a government hospital, their service is too slow, more waiting, low response, Doctor arrived late and lastly I want to mention they lower down their quality in perspective of patient service, they are more like a business than a Hospital.

Spacious car parking facilities and a very well maintained park with lake. Large canteens with healthy food and quality food at reasonable rates.
Pathetic emergency service. Last night my daughter was crying due to her kidney pain but lethargic staff in emergency department denied to treat her due to shortage of beds in that department. Shortage of beds such a huge international hospital..awful just miserable hospital, couldn't provide first aid.
