It needs to modernize, it needs to pay more attention to its students, to be more concerned about their needs. It needs to listen more to those who use the facilities and be more inclusive of people with disabilities. It needs more food areas and more opportunities for afternoon students to participate in activities.
The most mediocre and pretentious university in all of Mexico, with the most absurd curriculum, few opportunities for students, and very poor administrative services. The worst decision I ever made. It's simply a family business. In the workplace, I'm ashamed to admit that I graduated from this medical school.
If you have the opportunity to study at the Autonomous University of Guadalajara, MISS IT. Academically it's good, but administratively they don't know what they're doing. They notify you one day in advance of super important things and always make you responsible for problems that are theirs.
The worst decision my daughter could have made was to enroll online for a law degree. The administration was terrible. She paid the first month's tuition, but she was never able to access the platform. They refused to refund her, arguing that they weren't allowed by law. A bunch of scammers.
Terrible university. They're despotic with their students. The educational level is low, the facilities are ugly and old, and the gymnasium is horrible. The only thing that's high here is the fees. They don't care about the students; they care about them paying more and more.
Terrible administrative service. I can't cancel my subscription because they don't speed up their procedures. Hostile in every way, terrible organization, they trip themselves up! The worst experience I've ever had. Not to mention they want to charge you even for breathing.
I had a great time here, and I learned a lot. The poor evaluation is because it took me a long time to get my degree, and I've lost out on job opportunities because of it. So if you're thinking about applying to this university, I recommend you consider this carefully.
The phone service is SUPER slow, they don't answer, they leave you standing there with the phone on hold the whole time in the waiting room, and I even sent my information about 15 times so they would call me back but 0 response and I am interested in this university.
Terrible service from the finance department, they don't answer, and they don't apply the payments; they come out at the end of the semester that you owe, when at the time you go to pay they say that everything is fine and it turns out that it is not.
It's an archaic education system; they only teach children to memorize, and if they make a mistake, it's seen as failure, not learning. They have very basic English, elementary math, and no literacy instruction. They aren't taught to think, …
