The management and staff is atrocious....this is one of the infamous hospital run to cheat poor people and doctors working with them....the doctors / nursing staff and office staff are very poorly looked after and harazed at each and every stage. I m taking up this issue to the highest authority to rectify wateva i cn do a little.
This is a reputable medical college with a well-equipped hospital offering a wide range of departments. However, the parking facilities for both two-wheelers and four-wheelers are limited. Unfortunately, there have been instances of staff members displaying poor behavior. On a positive note, the hospital provides good service.
Gokulam Medical College is an excellent hospital! My mother underwent bilateral knee transplantation there, and the experience was outstanding. Dr. Kumar's expertise and care were impressive. The staff, particularly Vidhya, were incredibly kind, pleasant, and helpful. They made us feel comfortable and assisted us through out.
I had a very bad experience at this hospital, especially in room 3021. The room had a very bad smell and was not clean. Additionally, I encountered very bad behavior from one of the nurses. Overall, it was a very disappointing and uncomfortable stay. I hope the hospital management takes action to address these issues.
Attar waste kiosk system. Not useful for patients can't take appointment or see doctor availability. This is only for the purpose of shortening hospital staff work and not for helping patients or their by standers. Even with this long queue for appointment, they are not enabling the appointment option in the system.
Best hospital in nedumangad but situated in a remote area. Well maintained and very neat and clean wards. Rate are affordable as compared to other private hospitals. Scanning and lab rates are lower as compared to private labs. Doctors and staffs are very friendly.Almost all insurance claims are available here.
Quite expensive but convenient.. I had both good as well as bad personal experience here. Some of the staff are not patient friendly and some are lazy.. Treatment differs as per the nature of the doctor u consult.. Not a smoothly functioning private hospital.. But everyday the hospital is full of patients.
Today we had consultation with Dr. Simi madam, dermatology department of sree gokulam medical College.. It was coordinated by Mr. Aromal. Actually we had a nice experience and very fast consultation and medicines delivery without any waiting via Fastrack facility.. Thanks to Gokulam for a nice experience..
Very bad experience from the pharmacy and security as well as staff. Even IP needs to be in queue for more than 3-4 hours. Not professional. They just behave like the patients are animals. Very pathetic service. Planning to report the issue with WHO, and the medical department too.?????? …
Death rate here is 99% for covid treatment. Please avoid entering this hospital. Very poor hospitality. This hospital is only for collecting money from poor peoples. After collecting money they kill peoples by delaying treatment. Need a Warning sign board infront of the hospital not to enter.
