I went to the information desk, and no one knew where the burn center was. This made me late to my appointment. And the receptionist was on the phone with someone from her child’s school, so she was too busy to deal with me. I’ll never go back. I would have given them one star, but the doctor was actually helpful.
The only thing I can say about Weill cornell Presbyterian hospital is the worst, the service is bad, my dad had a broken neck and it got worse after 2 nurses hurt him for not being careful with him, they are always with attitude. If you want to feel better go to other hospital or stay home.

What a great experience! Everyone was friendly,professional, competent, and efficient. MRI dept and surgeon's office went out of their way to accommodate me as an out-of-town patient. Workup came in favorable. Highly recommended.
Price gouging, ineptitude, and outright neglect make Weill Cornell an extremely expensive and risky choice for care of any kind, those needing vital care and those who are financially vulnerable should engage this collection of facilities only as a last resort.
