I went to get my fourth dose of the COVID vaccine and received excellent care from the staff at UAM University and the Nicaraguan Ministry of Health (MINSA). I ??also took a short tour and found the university to be very safe and beautiful, and the students I spoke with were very polite and helpful.
The heart of the capital, where thousands of high school graduates from across the country enroll each year, is home to an internationally recognized faculty of medicine and surgery. Together with the medical faculty of León, they are responsible for providing 300 new doctors every 5 years.
Excellent facilities, the location is easily accessible and includes a school and university on the same campus. The building is recently constructed and in very good condition. Parking isn't clearly marked, but there's plenty of space to leave your vehicle on the premises.
