Worst experience with management there is no online lab report service you will not get any documents properly they are not ready to pik your any call and if you ask for inquiry they will say please come hospital for any information I don't know how much time it will take to get a good management help yogi ji modi ji .
The most worst institution of utttar pradesh. patients were just treated as a matter of practice for junior doctors. every staff is busy with gossiping and passing time. didnt bother about humans life.My advice is take your patient somewhere else for better treatment but never in rohilkhand medical college & hospital
Worst experience to share. God knows what they do with patients inside. I lost me beloved relative due to the lack of attention given by the staff. Facilities, infrastructure, staff all things are good... ?but due to too much crowd it may take more time as compared to other hospital....?as per the hygiene and cleanliness I will give 100/100...quite expensive.... You may also get best meals like juice, fast food, indian food, pizzas, fruits etc.. ?..... …
The staff is very much indisciplined and rude. The services are very poor. They don't listen even to the patients. They do illegal practices of even giving the fake reports. They call the patient's attendant and make them fool.Don't ever recommend your friends or relatives to get a treatment over here
One of the worst medical colleges I have seen, the behaviour of the staff and nurses are so disgusting! They are just embarrassing the medical profession! PMJAY service is one of the most worst departments in SRMS, my sincere request to the government plz take action against the nurses and PMJAY staff!
49. "Knowledge along with character is the true goal of education." Kudos to SRMS College for fulfilling the objective of education very rightfully. This is most promising institute in terms of curriculum, skill enhancement and excellent placement records, in the entire north region of the country.
Beware of the fraud money looting tactics they employee esp the cardio section as the Stent has a price ceiling hence their doctors esp Dr Amrish will create a fictions need to put a pacemaker . Though it is absolutely not required and might be detrimental for patient health in long term.

Dr Brijesh Agarwal's behavior is very rude...worse experience we ever had with SRMS. he don't talk politely with patient. if any hospital staff is reading this ask him to change is behavior. Hospitals reputation are always based on Doctors behavior. kindly stay away with such a creep.
